Jelq 150rep(25rep(okay-grip)(25overhand) Every 50rep do stretching 5 sec all directions
Helicopter
Warm-down using heating pad or taking shower :-) minimum5

Starting : 6.1BPEL , 5EG
Goal: 7BPEL , 5.5 EG
