The Messy Scribbles Of A Newb

So I’m going to treat this as a little diary type thing, just keeping track of all things I have done in the day, I won’t post everyday, as that will be to many posts, but I will post once a week and edit that post to include every days PE.

It will basically be the newbie routine for awhile until I find my own stride but, I’m hoping it will help motivate me, and maybe anyone else in my position :) you can read the reasons I’m getting into PE here - Below average guy looking for some inspiration again

So starting sizes are as follows :
NBPEL - 4-4.25"
BPEL - 5-5.25"
Girth - MS - 4-4.25"

14/11/2016-

Hot shower to start, massaging the penis and keeping a flannel over it to keep it heated
5 minutes of manual streching, 30 seconds per stretch
10 minutes of jelqing, using one hand to maintain a constant OK grip, which the other moves along the shaft.

Welcome to TP. You’ve posted quite a bit today, I’ve read the thread you mentioned. It’s always good to start, it will feel great to gain control over something which is considered both taboo and impossible. Personally I have quite some foreskin so when stretching my gripping hand is frequently forced up until the glans. Haven’t had trouble with that. I’ve also noticed and read from other people’s progress threads that the penis becomes more stretchable in the first month or so. So if you’re having trouble getting the length in to grip properly or anything, don’t worry this is likely to change. For jelqing it’s most important to feel the blood move. Having a few inches to work with should be fine, it might turn into a bit more of a stretch at worst. You’ll get a feel for it.

Finally you can’t edit your posts more than 10 minutes after posting. I also felt it might be too much to post every “on” day, but I do anyway and nobody is obliged to read it right? ;) Post whenever you want. Good luck and may the gains be with you!

My advice is to switch that towel for a sock with raw rice, you heat it for 30 to 50 secs depending on your microwave, and wrap it to your penis.

Make much less mess than the hot water towel, saves water and gives a more constant heat for a better warm up. Plus it’s reusable, mine is 4 months old and still counting.

Don’t worry about posting too much. But day to day entries in a progress report may be frustrating. PE and progress aren’t likely to be predictable so only post when you feel like it. Posting daily, especially when there’s been no changes really can be demoralizing.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Maybe I’ll do a handwritten log each day, and update it to here once a week ….

I just know that if i dont keep talking about it and thinking about it, i dont think ill stick to it. I know gains will take awhile, and i dont want to rush them, but …. not seeing them will always be in the back of my mind, so doing a daily log i hope will keep my mind busy.

You ought hand write a log anyway. This keeps you honest and accurate even if your Internet goes down. Definitely a sharp idea. At least your exact times, durations and reps. Even if the numbers are odd or small. That way you know how to improve and can reference it without needing power, Internet and a fancy desk.

thats the plan then :) 6 weeks of the newbie routine here we go! Just to see how things go

First Week

First week of PE officially over.

IV lamp arrives on Fridays and starting using it that weekend, I didn’t realise how much of a difference heat would make, But it is amazing! Stretching is much easier now, however i’m still getting used to jelqing, I think having a smaller dick definitely causes issues with jelqing, the main one being that it is difficult to limit erections to 60-80%, but im working on that for now, its been pretty much 90-100% erect atm which I know isn’t a good thing,

Stuck to the newbie routine, 5 mins of stretching and 10 mins of jelqing, mon,tue,thur,fri,sat on and wed/sun off ( fits in with personal life better than 2 on 1 off) although the Saturday I only stretches, no jelqing.

Now that i have my IV lamp i think my routine will be alot easier to do, and more discrete too :) but still need to master the jelq! and master keeping my erections at 60-80% ish.
