Firm flaccid penis

I don’t have much time to post cause I have a huge neurobio lab report due tomorrow. Just wanted to say, I tried kegeling when I first got this injury. I now feel like it’s a bad idea, as it worsens the condition. Something about the tightness of pulling the penis into the body, even though there is a temporary blood flow, the pulling just feels wrong. When I reverse kegel my penis feels much healthier.

Although kegeling is good for erection and ejaculation strength, I do think that guys with FF most likely generally have excessive tension in the perineal area, which, as well as being helped by stretching the Iliopsoas (major hip flexor) and other muscles around the hips, may also be helped by reverse kegels.

Generally the more strongly a muscle is capable of contracting, the better it is at relaxing too. So it may be worth doing both kegels and reverse kegels, ending with reverse kegels to help the perineal area stay relaxed.

Hey guys. Today I noticed that my FF is STRONGLY dependant on my sitting habits. If I sit in the way that puts pressure on the front part of my butcheeks and pelvis, it gets worse. I am VERY sure this has an impact. Do observe this in yourself.

By the way I don’t have the FF for a few days now, and I am masturbating almost regularly. I am wearing boxershorts for a change - I dont know if this is having any effect.

Is there anything different about your posture? I have that same “disconnected” feeling which seems to be caused by lordosis. (This is what I get for slouching over all these years and sitting down at the computer for hours.) I’ve noticed that I can’t feel other muscle contractions in my lower body as strongly as before. A year ago I’d be able to flex my legs and squeeze the butt but now both contractions feel weaker, and this is possibly caused by compression of the nerves. However, I don’t suffer from a firm flaccid, just a lack of sensation from where I used to feel the tug of a kegel and a lack of a stretch from the ligaments. (Although if I shift myself around I can feel it again!)

The way you described what happened when you sat suggests that there may be something wrong with either your spine, hip flexors, or pelvis. Try improving your posture to see if it’ll help your problem! (The Wii Fit is good at this sort of thing.)

Stretching the hips and the hip flexors seems like a very solid idea. We should be doing that anyway.

I learned several stretches for this region, and nothing happened. Probably a little over a week of stretching too. But, not all of our injuries are caused by the same thing as one guy supposidly was healed by doing this. Worth a shot for everyone.

As far as FF goes, I feel quite well. My penis isn’t very firm at times when it usually was very firm. Most of the time it is soft now and a little bigger. Howver the masturbating five days in a row got to me. My testicles have been all bunched up and gotten smaller, and my unit turtling a little.

It is not a firm flaccid turtle, it is a sexualy exhausted turtle with a hint of injury :) .

Not bad though, morning wood seems to be frequent, although I notice it usually in the few times I awake before I actually get up.
