Maybe this is why I feel a slight pain when I do kegal excercises. If you look at the link
where the ishiocavernosus muscle is located and the facia lata I beleve on the left side is very very tight. So much that it causes my unit to twist slight to the left when I lay off my PE workouts for weeks. Can there be scar like fibers that develop in this region? Once I turn my unit to the right while erect I do feel a section in that region that is tough, but I am not sure if that is normal or not. Any way to stretch that tissue behind the balls in that region? Anyone? I do feel the tightness in that region and it’s an affect from my overpumping injury long ago. Firegoat? Monty?Behemoth? Anyone? I’m not sure if it’s scar tissue or a tough musle.
