Pumping Injury

I have been wearing an ads device at medium stretch a few hours a day, a few jelqing sessions a week, but other than that i am just preassuming because from the left part of my shaft up to my head my unit begins to bend alittle to the left then near the head it sidewinds and bends upwards a few degrees.

I suppose looking at it you cannot tell, but before my accident my unit use to be perfectly straight, so i suppose some type of tissue is causing this. I’m not sure if it’s a tear in the BC muscle, or once injured the tissue healed like that, but i’m using an ads to make valiant attempts to fix the problem.

PE. vets if you have a scar deep in your shaft and you feel no bumps, but you do feel hardness is there a way to make that area pliable and stretchy again?

It feels like deep inside my shaft of my left canoversa all the way to my PC muscle is very tight. I have tried massaging the area when I’m fully erect so that I may break up any collagen bonds that potentially exist. Is there a science to this? Am I doing the correct thing? My shaft is sore as sh*t after I massage the area.

Maybe be a little more gentle with the massage; you don’t want to cause inflammation. Otherwise, keep doing what you are doing.

I started doing my extending and hanging again with 5 lbs the curve or twist was starting to get worse it seems like, or the injured leg was beggining to reveal itself more , so I stopped hanging and extending before it got any worse as I was starting to flip my freak in lid, but now I’m using intense heating sessions combined with massaging, rough jelqs straight out and 95% erect jelqing against the twist.

It starts at the middle of my shaft almost the middle point of my unit then begins to twist the the left. I’m doing about 30 + minutes a day of these routines.

I feel deep into my shaft during flaccid state and I cannot feel any scars. I feel a tough spot in the middle of my shaft deep, but I can only assume that is my logs attaching to my pubic bone. I’m taking it slow and trying as much as I can to make this right. It feels like it’s working and hopefully I’m not trying to convince myself that its working.

By what I understand about tissue manipulation it should work

Hey firegoat behemoth or any other PE VET that may be checking on Thunders. I am warming up with a heater in front of my unit and a heating pad between my butt and balls.

When I do this and use an extender I feel very sore from the left shaft all the way to my butt, and I was interested in finding out what that muscle in that area it call or is it a ligament?

The soreness is widespread in that area, and I believe that is the area I need to work on, the inner penis?

There are quite a few structures in that area. It’s an area I leave alone, as any damage to the pudendal nerve which runs through it is a bad thing!

I definitely believe you man.

I suppose I should just leave the heat alone in that area? Maybe just take L cartine for dissolving scar tissue in that area?

I tried iodine but it made the condition much worse so I dropped the iodine treatment.

I think in some cases PE is an obsession and people need other treatment than just seeing an urologist.

I’ve clamped too hard and did some dumb shit, I paid the price and let my unit heal by not touching it, by not having sex or masturbating for weeks.

When I tore a part of my quadrizeps I needed rest and some stimulus though but I don’t see how you could accelarate the healing process with jelqing, sounds just crazy. You’re always damaging your dick, again and again.

Either one choses to get his functioning dick back or you just continue PE’ing.

They would have to because every time I get a numb feeling from PE the sensation returns.

You can break down adhesions within scar tissue, but you can’t really dissolve it. Bruised nerves do heal. Nerves that are impinged by scar tissue often have permanently altered sensation. Cut nerves sometimes re-grow, sometimes don’t.

So in a matter of speaking is it always a good thing to continue to PE lightly to promote healing and blood flow or is it better to stop cold turkey for a few months?

In this case I stopped a year, and when I started back my sensation was the greatest feeling electric orgasims almost, but after I reinjured myself with too much wrap in the Bib hanger, and the device being way too tight things are less sensitive now for me in my glans.

The hangers was way too tight formed a noose affect on my glans and my whole unit turned solid white with the hanger off for about 30 minutes before returning back to normal. A few other times it was indeed longest, and when I pinch the head of my unit I feel it, but the sensitivity is no where near pleasurable like it was before the injuries occurred.

Maybe this is all tunic a swelling who knows?

That’s what I’m afraid of is impinged nerves by scar tissue, but I suppose if the scars had bruised my nerves then there would be signs of complete nerve loss.

For me everything is fine except the different sensation..

Sensory neuropathy can be caused by lack of blood flow or nerve compression, both of which could occur from a too-tight hanger left on for too long, which it definitely seems you did from your description. I would either rest completely or just do some very light jelqing purely for blood flow. Constantly stretching and compressing the nerves with hanging/extending is probably not a good idea.

I appreciate your information Firegoat. Your very helpful and I have done light jelqing routines for around a month now.

My erections are strong, but there still is a small side winding affect to the left starting from midshaft to my head. There is somsthing pulling deep on the left side of my inner penis i’m trying to strstch it out.I’m trying to fix, so I’m extending for an hour or two every day so that I stretch the left corpus can versa.
