Pumping Injury

Not sore enough to keep me from sex or jerking off but sore enough to keep me from pe.


On 6/15/12 NBPEL=6", BPEL=6.5" EG=4.75", BPFSL=6.75"

Sounds like a self-correcting situation, then!

Seriously, though - if exercises leave you that sore/tender/sensitive, probably best to resume, when possible, at a less intense level.

Yup, that is my plan. I really think it has more to do with the clamping, it almost feels like trapped pressure in my dick. A little better today though.

Well it’s been around 2 to 3 months and my erections are poor to fair, but I feel it is scar tissue that has held me back as well.
I only get morning wood a few times a week, but I am always doing something to improve. I’ve made great gains through PE and have a flaccid hang at almost 8 inches and use to have an erection of near 9 3/4 inches, but it’s like a unstable 9 1/2 in length.

I believe I tore or ruptured either my tunica on the left side of my unit or I may have tore my septum. The feeling for the next few weeks after stopping all PE in the upper left part of my shaft was immense sharp pain, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I couldn’t sleep most nights because of the throbbing feeling that was going on. I just left it alone for a few months.

This happend from applying too much pressure while clamping too hard….I followed a hanging routine and then i’d apply too much pressure clamping at a rate that was too much for my skin to handle. Bib off the bibhanger website teaches not to do any girth work while working on length gains while hanging and this is a result of why it shouldn’t be done. A blood blister had developed deep inside the upper left side of my shaft, and every time I would clamp the blood blister would reappear. Me being very stubborn person I am I didn’t start realizing I should stop PE until I started noticing my erections were starting to become softer each time i’d do a clamping session.My max length would be 9 3/4 and my max width would go well over 7 1/4 in circumference.

I went to a urologist who was a very attactive women and when she and her assistant who was also a very attactive women had looked at my unit she asked me “does it get hard” and I must say it was tough to tell her I believe I damaged it from PE. It was interesting after she had grasped my unit with both hands feeling for any problems that she had cleared me completly and had told me that she didn’t see any problems with me unit. I then was still very weary because deep inside I knew something still felt wrong.

It has been a few months and i’m jelqing again for 20 minutes sometimes longer, but my erections are mainly 70% and they take longer to acheieve then before this incident occured. My erections use to be instant like literally the wind would blow and my unit would bulge out of my pants sometimes it became embarrising, but after this incident the problem is evident it’s either scar tissue that has developed in the upper left side of my shaft or I have torn my septum or tunica. It’s improving, but ever so slowly.

I can say heat 15 minutes before PE and slow stretches, jelqs, firegoat rolls, slow pumping all in concert can and have the possibility to improve circulation which is my target.

Do any of you have tips for me? Any knowledge on what I may have tore or ruptured?

Scar tissue probably wouldn’t affect your ability to get an erection, after this amount of time. Usually scar tissue from damage to the tunica will cause ‘bending’ to that side where it occurs.

I have had occasional deep blood blisters, quite bad ones, from over-doing it. They do need to be left to heal for far longer than expected because they create a weak spot which, as you found, keeps coming back every time you use pressure. If the pain was in the same area as the blister, it’s more likely that the damaged blood vessel was causing the pain and throbbing, than damage to the tunica.

Sometimes after an injury, there is a ‘fear’ about getting erections, especially if they have been painful during the injury. It does make it harder to get an erection and to keep it hard, because of the fear of bringing the injury back or stopping the continued healing process. It’s not because of damage, as much as the brain trying to protect the body from what has happened to it in the past. If you get even occasional 90-100% erections, this is most likely the case.

It’s not possible to give a diagnosis at a distance based solely on history, so I would trust your urologist.

My personal recommendation would be to take a week off PE, porn and masturbation, then spend the following week working just on edging instead of PE. That should let you know if the 70% erections are physiological or if there is a psychological component to them.

Firegoat if I may have torn my septum how can that be fixed? or Can it be?

Does a torn septum have to be surgically repaired by a urologist?

It would just heal over time, but there would be some scar tissue. You’d really have to talk to a urologist for any further info.

well everybody I had went to the urologist who had over 33 years experience today and he gave me the scare of a lifetime.

He basically put his fingers on the left side of my shaft and felt a scar on my corperous canversa and had said that I had torn it
or ruptured the left chamber pretty good. He said sometimes it can take 6 months to 12 months to heal and it may be permanent damage or it may not be he just didn’t know and couldn’t say anything except if I kept doing the jelqing, hanging, pumping, and clamping then I could damage my penis egen more. He called it the dorsal nerve and said a lot of guys who had scar tissue did have peyriones disease, then he started to say he had guys comng into his office with bent units pointing different ways saying they had damagee thier units or just had that type of disease.

I am not sure what approach to take but he did feel the scar tissue on the left side of my chamber and said that
Was causing my erection problems. Im in a loss right now and I dont know how long this injury will take to heal I juet dnt Want to have that disease at all. What can I do to make this scar heal? Should I hang light weights or jelq lightly?
What about using an extender? I don’t want this to heal wrong he told me there was nothing they could do about the scar tissue. I’d appreciate some information anyone!!!!

You want the scar tissue to be as ‘pliable’ as possible as it heals. I would avoid any even slightly strenuous PE at all.

What I would do is do a warm up, then with the penis under light tension, and I stress light, gently massage over the scar tissue with your thumb or fingers to help avoid adhesions in the scar tissue. Every few days you could do a slightly more vigorous massage, but don’t do that until you have developed your massaging technique for a couple of weeks. The more vigorous massage will assist with breaking down any adhesions you may have developed. To break down adhesions, you want to be going across the direction the fibres run, but as they run both ways over the CCs, you can massage across and up and down.

You shouldn’t get any negative reactions, but if you do, stop and PM me.

I was going to hang light weight or light extending or massage.

I can get an erection now but it goes down fast and I cannot even feel the scar tissue but the doctor could.

Your saying like jelqs? I cannot even feel where the chamber has a scar. I need help man I have let this go for three months and I still have no morning wood

The massage is not like jelqs. Imagine putting a small piece of marzipan or dough on a table and using your finger to roll it into a long thin worm. That’s the movement/feel you are trying to get.

I’m am stressed over this but I cannot just let this happen…..I’ll try that I’m going to have to try anything…. do you think light jelqs would deter any further scar formation? It’s all about keeping the blood flow right?
