Based on what I’ve researched taking a good 3 week break then starting back slow is the best option.

Letting the blood flow promote nutrients to the damaged tissue by light jelqing the correct way seems to promote therapeutic wellness.

Extending creating a directional responce is certainly helping thus far

I do believe when any PE’er has PE’d as long as me way over 10 years, that in order to maintain normal erection quality even stopping everything cold turkey would be counterproductive, and what at least needs to be done is light stretching and jelqing for 20 mins at least three times a week.

The penis gets use to the directional assistance and since stopping cold turkey I believe the tissue would take it’s own being approach or route upon healing, so however it healed would be the final outcome, unless PE was continued lightly promoting blood flow and nutrients to the micro torn tissues, or the normal routine was resumed and in time the injury would heal itself as it grew.

I think I should have kept PEing lightly and I would have had better results, but at 7 1/2 inches flaccid with a 8 3/4 to 9 inch erection I cannot complain, but I am working on getting back to my routine.

I remember before the extending, hanging, pumping, stretches when I was jelqing I had this small curve to the left before I had corrected it. I could honestly say the stretching, hanging, extending, pumping really offered my unit the directional assistance to become extremely straight.

Where I am now is a sidewinding curve to the upper left but I am noticing improvement the more I work in it, so I can certainly say getting my unit conditioned again is showing me that is the answer it’s just a lot if work.

Making good progress using a noose style extender for an hour or two a day.

Anyone have any answers for top base pain? It’s deep in my abdomen or right above my shaft.

It’s a throbbing feeling on top of my shaft that jolts deep inside my abdomen starting directly on top of my inner top shaft. Boy I feel it like its a bruise? Deformation?

Extending upwards then switching downwards alternating.

I think it might be the nerve bundle being pinched from the noose .

Anybody want to address that for him ?

It felt like it was directly on top of my pubic bone inside my top shaft where my unit connects, so I thought it was potentially deformation.

My erections are still good….it just felt like a super sore muscle.

My unit is straight as an arrow almost now wow, but my unit certainly has been throbbing on and off all day in the head all the way to my inner shaft wow.

Aside from the other couple of posts I’ve done today with no answers.

Is it acceptable after my PE workouts from now on to cool down after my extending then 15 minute jelqing routine to place my unit in cold water for 30 to 120 seconds?

Well, I just put my unit in a cold glass of water tonight for 60 seconds. I could not find a glass long enough to hold all of my flaccid length so I just used a nice sized glass 16 oz I think and mashed it towards my shaft so all of my unit was inside the glass cooling.

I noticed tonight trying to get into creep this morning by sitting in front of a heater with a heating pad wrapped around my extender bar super heating my tissues may have been too much heat?

The feeling was OK all day, glans was super sensitive and I felt hornier all day, but when I got home I felt my unit and it was much hotter than the rest of my body. This was around 5pm, and bare in mind 9am I was extending for one hour using a heating pad bare against my unit while extending and sitting in front of a heater.

I touch my unit once home from my business around 5 pm and my unit was super hot way hotter than the rest of my body , and excuse me if I have already mentioned this, but I also felt either a swelling or throbbing sensation in my unit all over.

I’m not sure if I was breaking new area in my tissues or if deformation was in the process of happening. I just did not want any injuries. I got another erection in the bathroom and stimulated myself for the 3rd time today, but noticing my unit was almost perfectly straight. I was amazed and did my thing spurting a load across the bathroom towards the walls in enjoymen for the 3rd time today. I just hope these feelings in my unit of bruising, swelling, or overheating are temporary.

Any suggestions?

Dookie you may be right.

On the top left side of my glans below my head when erect I try and grabbed that area slightly turning my unit and get that jolt feeling. Maybe could be it.

Yep. Noose. Nooses are good for hanging people, not weight from your dick. :)

What do you consider for an ads device Firegoat?

Montys PE weights? A vacuum extender?

I’m going to use hanging weight and healing with an ads.
