How long warming tissue is safe? Depends how hot the heat source is.
Do you think using an electric heating pad on a low setting is safe? Depends how hot your electric pad is.
I’m using it on on my extending sessions both 10 mins before and 10 mins into extending.
What the Celsius tempature that human tissue in the genital region can withstand, or human tissue? Different people have different tolerances. The actual degrees doesn't matter - if it feels too hot it is, if it doesn't feel hot enough, it isn't. However, the penis isn't very good at registering heat, but the back of you hand is. Try putting the heat pad on the back of your hand for the length of time you intend to put it on your penis. If it feels hot but not uncomfortable in any way, that is OK.
Rice socks are OK electric heating pad gives me constant warmth but I just don’t want too much so I’m finding out facts from you or other VET PE’ers. Try it on the back of your hand and make your judgement on if it is too much from that.
You are a physical therapist so I’d presumed you know about heat levels and tissue .
Heating tissue is not an exact science. You have to go by feel!
