Too much stretch?

Too much stretch?

I have Peyronie’s Disease and while waiting for a traction device I thought I’d stretch my penis manually in a similar way that a traction device would stretch it. So, put my fingers around the glans and stretched the glans away from the rest of the penis, held for about 40 seconds. Afterwards I have a dull ache/burning sensation on the underside of the penis. I even yanked the glans out a couple of times to get some extra stretch (this is probably where it happened). Did I overdo it? Any risk of long term damage from this, or is it actually good? It definitely feels like I overdid it, and every once in a while it even feels like pain more than just an ache.

Had to post here as I am not allowed to post in the injury forum yet.

Don’t stretch the glans. I guess you found that out already. Lots of rest and warm soaks.

Ok, but traction devices stretches the glans though? They are attached below the glans and then pushes it away from the shaft. That’s why I thought I could do it like that manually.

Moved to Injuries~

I can’t say for your long term effects. However, it’s common with a curve or something to really stretch hard. I used to do similar and overdo it similarly and I don’t have Peyronies.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

What Jimmy means is do not put direct pressure on the glans with your hands. An extender uses a lot less torque and only the noose secures behind the glans. Comfort straps secure on the shaft.

Check our vidoes on the front page of different stretches. That can give you a better idea on hand placement.

Thanks, will do so. Will hope this didn’t cause any damage.

Where do you think the damage could have happened? In the tunica, in the ligaments, a nerve.? The pain in in the middle of the shaft, just below the glans (on the underside).

I did not observe how you stretched, how your penis is shaped, where you put the tension. It would be literally be nothing but a guess. I have no idea.

Ok, time will tell I guess.

Does anyone know of someone using Active Release Techniques (ART) to remove scar tissue on peyronie’s or an injured penis with scar tissue.

Also has anyone heard of someone using Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM) instruments effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.

Thanks

Check the Peyronies Society Forums - Index , they have a lot of experience collected.

With peyronies a multi faceted approach makes most sense. Systemicly, localy..

Thanks a lot. That is a great resource

I also found this helpful with researching injury and the stages of injury recovery: http://www.phys io1st.com/condi … ries-explained/ .. It explained a lot about healing process of tendon/ligament/nerve injuries.
