Are you still thinking your problem is a pinched nerve, aka something going on farther up the pudendal nerve, closer to the spine, rather than something in/around the penis itself?
If that’s the case, I’m not sure that’s my problem. Two months ago, I accidentally yanked off a REALLY tight cock ring in the middle of an erection, basically steamrolling my penis. (I’ll give you a few seconds to stop screaming.) Essentially, the ultimate jelq, completely unintentional. ;) It’s possible something happened to my nerve farther up away from the penis, but I’m operating on the assumption that I’ve caused trauma to various component parts of the penis itself (nerves, arteries, veins, the soft muscles in the corpora). I’m still able to get erections with some time and effort, but they’re not as hard as before, and they’re very difficult to maintain. I also have some loss of sensation, and my urethra kinda burns, and the glans kinda burns and tingles on and off.
I went to a doc, who basically said, shrug, not going to test it, just wait it out. I’m still researching ways to try to fix it myself, and still waiting it out. If it doesn’t get better in a few months, I’m going to ask my doc firmly for some kind of imaging or testing so I know what the hell is wrong. I haven’t made a topic about it yet, but I might if it doesn’t improve in a while, haha.
