Stack not working?

I’ve been taking 1200 mg soy lecithin daily, 50 mg zinc daily, and 1000 mg L-arginine daily for about a week now, and haven’t noticed any results at all. I just got pygeum in the mail so I’ll start adding that into my stack. I drink about a gallon of water a day. Should I increase the dosage of anything? I’m rather disappointed that I’m not seeing any results.

I just take 40mg zinc with vitamin b complex mixed in ,i have gotten amazing results.

Yea i know that. I take in plenty of copper through my diet. Pulses and nuts help if you have low amount of copper. Well to be honest i dont really take that multivitamin like every other day most of the time i forget about it lol and yea having low amount of copper will make your hair grey quickly.

I’ve ordered some L-Citrulline. ….it will arrive in a couple of days. I’m a bit nervous to start taking it.

I dont suffer with any ED problems …however sometimes I could do with my Unit being a little harder Maybe.

You will notice a difference, maybe quite a good difference, but it isn’t like Viagra :)
Tablets? I like the powdered stuff; just dissolve it in water - tastes really bitter, like drinking unsweetened pineapple juice, but I love that.
Just take them a bit before you need/want them.

I was gonna take in the morning ? Now I’m confused when yo take the L-Citrulline!

5g once a day before exercise (some guys use it before and during exercise, in their water). I normally take it at home while I get stuff ready before I drive to the gym, so typically 25 minutes before my workout . Seems to work ok for me. If I’m not training, I don’t take it unless I want to, which I sometimes do if I’m planning a marathon PE day :)
