I’ve been taking a powdered protein supplement for weight training purposes. The label lists Arginine as one of its ingredients. 1290 mg per scoop. I normally drink 2 scoops in the morning and 2 at night. That would amount to a 5 gram dose of Arginine per day. I noticed in these posts that people are taking between 1-5 gram doses per day.
Am I getting the same benefits as if I where taking it straight in pill form? I don’t notice any differences than when not taking it.
On a side note, the lablel also mentions that L-Arginine is an ingredient of egg albumen (egg whites). I recall reading an article years ago in a porn magazine in which they asked Peter North how he achieves his gigantic cum shots. He said he eats alot of egg whites. ??
