To be honest, I’m not taking it right now. I’m taking two other products for building muscle and strength and writing a review about them on a different forum (has nothing to do with PE). I don’t want Tongkat Ali to interfere with them just for the sake of seeing if the two other products work.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think TA would be bad, but like I said, I just want to see if the other two products work.
For cycling (what I have done in the past) is 1200mg-1600mg per day. I’ll go 5 days on, 2 days off. Or, I’ll mix it up (4 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off). Taking it continuously for more than a month isn’t recommended. Cycling is VERY important.
