As I mentioned in my previous post, In my own experience TA enhances my flaccid hang. As for concentration of TA, there’s where I might be able to stir up some controversy as follows:
I have experimented with diiferent strengths and different dosages at a given strength. What I have observed so far is that the 50:1 extract taken in even amounts like 1, 400 mg capsule every 4 hours on an empty stomach seems to give me the most physiological response. To me, cost is not the limiting factor but response is.
Hypothesis - even doses at a moderate concentration spread out over time might better match the body’s ability to transport the active ingedients to those cellular sites where the responses are triggered and allow the body to fully assimilate the active ingedient(s). More is not necessarily better. More/faster is not necessarily better. If the cells cannot utilize the excess then the liver and kidneys have to deal with it. I think this is reasonable as there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that suggests cycling 50:1 extract like 20 days on, 10 days off is required to resensitize the body.
Of course, people have their differences so you might want to test your own responses as to frequency and concentration and that, given the cost of the material, is an expensive experiment based on the dents in my wallet. Again, I want to get the maximum bang for my buck - turns out that it wasn’t at the higher extract. And, since the extract is so foul-tasting outside the confines of a capsule, splitting higher-concentration capsules is a bit of a problem, too. I tried that once, and it’s just too damn nasty tasting.
