How I cured my SEVERE premature ejaculation

Normal edging gave little to no results, so I’ve just started edging with fleshlight. It looks pathetic, that I can’t thrust at all with my PC muscle contracting like crazy BUT doing slow strokes with pauses seems to be far more effective.

What I’ve experienced after 60 min session (without cumming):
- a solid boner without “about to cum” mental state. It’s very unusual for me, I could jerk it off hard without triggering a single PC contraction
- my PC muscle felt weird. It was not relaxed, but felt like a ROCK. It also gave a weird feeling of confidence

I am a long time lurker of this site and have suffered from PrE since my teen years and would like to share my experiences being in my 40s now. I truly believe everyones cause for PrE is unique to each person and that’s why somethings work for one person and not another and you have keep going to find what works for you even if it takes years.

I first started out trying different anti depressants which was the first thing to actually allow me to last longer than a minute. Problem was as time went on I became tolerant of them and would have to take stronger doses. Which in turn brought on really nasty side effects which caused me to stop them all together.

Next I tried doing Kegels but I was not disciplined enough to keep at it and follow a program to strengthen my pelvic muscles and I didn’t see any positive results short term as nothing was changing(will come back to this later).

Next was Chinese creams, balms or what ever you want to call them to reduce sensitivity. They worked for masturbation but for the real thing it was a failure at the normal minute mark. Next was focus stimulation on certain areas as I was thinking maybe I was over sensitive so I focused on death grip and stimulating key spots of my genitals and masturbation wise progress was made but when time for real thing was still a failure.

Next was edging and reverse Kegels. Tried both for a while and during masturbation time was extended but when trying to apply to the real thing again it was a failure.

Many years went by during these many trial and errors of discovery. Eventually I found my way back to Kegels again only this time now there are phone apps that can help me maintain and track an exercise programs. Over time I could hold a kegel for 20-30 seconds which I could only hold for a second or two before. Around the same time I started reading the multi orgasmic man book and the process it involves. It basically was the edging I tried once before but I was focusing more on separating the orgasm from ejaculation. Separating them I thought was idea I never thought about. After many bouts of experimenting with myself with the process of the book. I was able to pull it off to where I was able to keep going after reaching PONR thanks to a now strong Kegel muscle. Each time I got to the PONR and I paused and clamp Kegel down I can feel the prostate start an orgasm cycle and when it stops I can start going again with no urge to ejaculate. I could do this many times and each time I could go longer before I got to PONR. And for the first time in many years I was able to go as long as I wanted with the real thing without drugs and it became a life changing experience. I am at the point now where I have total self control to where I just do daily exercises with my Kegel app to keep my pelvic muscles strong and any time I have sex I can easily separate ejaculation from orgasm and be in total control.

I am posting this in hopes that maybe it will help someone else. I know there are other posts on the subject but I wanted to detail my success story from actually sticking to it and getting results after all these years and not giving up.

It is called “Kegel trainer”on Google play. It is by Olson apps and has a green check mark icon. It is free to download but I opted to upgrade to the pro version for the numerous training levels and custom setup options. Still use it daily.

OK guys, so I’ve always been very quick to ejaculate - kegeling and edging never really helped me. But by coincidence I think I’ve found something that really helps. The past 5 weeks I’ve been using in a vac extender (Penimaster) and this has been revolutionary for me. My goal is to increase length/girth, and while the jury is still out on that, it had it also stated on the kit that it could help with premature ejaculation, but I wasn’t sure if that was true or why. But after some weeks of use I can say for sure that it does help for premature ejaculation - seems that it de-sensitizes the glans a bit, makes it more used to being pulled/sucked on. I’ve been extending now for 5 weeks for around 5-6 days a week, and 7-8 hours a day, complementing it with some horny goat weed supplement and maybe 1-3 times a week, doing some Angion 2.0 and low pressure pumping. I found my EQ went up and then found I could last much longer when jacking off, so I started to incorporate some edging sessions during the week…. here I would set the timer for 10 mins and jacked off with cocoa butter lube continually - only a few times did I have to slow down or pause, but really this has never happened for me before. A couple of times there was a lot of precum that welled up and oozed out, but without the PC muscles contracting. So all in all, really positive. Hope this can help others on here. I guess it can work with all vac type extenders - I guess the advantage of the Penimaster being that the traction setting is fairly low so you can go for long periods of time without blistering - I think the time in traction has been key for me.

Care to elaborate more on your Kegel exercise routine? As far as I’m concerned there are two types of Kegels, the standard and the reverse kegel. I have read it somewhere else that standard kegels are for harder erection and reverse kegels are for stamina, which you can use to ward off urges to ejaculate. My personal experience with kegels is that I have been doing the standard kegels and reverse kegels are totally foreign to me till recently. I had been doing standard kegel and I can attest to the fact that it improves my hardness but little success with prolonging my time. Even during masturbation, when I was close to point of no return, I hard squeezed my BC muscles ( standard kegels ), only to reduce my arousal to maybe 8 from 9.

I would also like to incorporate Edging, without porn and ejaculation as a part of my rehab routine. What’s your take on that?
