can go either way. you can be such tense that the blood circulation is hampered.
Rev kegels, yes. There is much material out there about tense pelivc floors. just search here and on google.
There are body exerscize for it and direct pelvic floor exercise.
Breathing into the pelvic floor might help too.
I think this is your main problem. But of course you also have to find moments of totall relaxation during the day mindwise.
Cause the tense pelvic floor might just be the symptom of getting tense in your brain/thinking.
Basicly you want to look into meditation and body relaxation. Basicly: Nothing bothers me right now and all my muscles are totally relaxed.
This is trainable and you can use it then as a resource in tense moments/days.
