Over-exposed Corona, Frenulum, Leading to Premature Ejaculation?

Over-exposed Corona, Frenulum, Leading to Premature Ejaculation?

Since I suffer from PE, I’m wondering if it is because my corona, frenulum, and other sensitive parts of the glans are immediately exposed to stimulation, which forces ejaculation. I am able to ejaculate without pleasure, because I receive an intense sensation on the top of my glans near the shaft. Could the exposure of this area have something to do with PE, as opposed to other factors like mental problems, etc?

If you are wondering if exposure by itself (say, no foreskin) causes PE, I’d say no. Too many men without PE, or foreskins, are likewise “exposed.”

Maybe you can say more because I have a feeling we aren’t getting exactly what you are talking about.

You can probably beat your premature ejaculation with edging.

Best to do it without porn so you can really focus on your sensations.

Try to come close to coming about 5 times, stop stimulation when you are about to blow. If you go too far, no big deal, there is always next time.

Start out trying to last 10 minutes or so. Add a little more time each week.

Once you can go for about thirty minutes without ejaculating, you will find you can go as long as you like.

There was an excellent "How to Edge" website that seem to have vanished off the internet. I copied it before it went away and posted the information for males in this thread.

Really good info:

sta-kool - Sensitive Head

Check it out and try it out. If nothing else you will have a lot of fun.

Kingpole has an edging thread here:

Edging 101

Let me try to rephrase.

Since foreskin protects the glans, which is a mucous membrane if (I think), shiny and smooth. If a penis is circumcised, the mucous membrane becomes dry and unprotected. Therefore, the corona is directly exposed to stimulation, whereas an uncircumcised penis does not have a corona directly exposed because the mucous membrane is operating as nature intended.

If the corona is located where I think it is located (on the top of the glans near the shaft) AND if the corona is associated with orgasm or ejaculation, this could explain why I get an intense sensation at the corona and then ejaculate without pleasure. If my mucous membrane was moist like it should be, it would help prevent the intense sensation I receive on my corona.

The corona (Latin for "crown") is the edge where your glans meets the shaft and goes all around it. Check the picture for a quick anatomy refresher. ;)

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.

Yes I think it’s possible.

I don’t suffer from PE but when I stimulate the area you’ve mentioned I can cum a lot easier.

I believe it depends on the individual as no two men are built alike.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

I think I disagree. Yes there are lots of cut guys without the symptoms described, but there is a wide range of anatomy. Some guys have a pronounced hook shape to the corona. I know I can climax from having only that area tickled (but it certainly is not without pleasure).

Adding some slack skin would certainly reduce the friction. Unfortunately it’s not something you can try out for a weekend to make sure it’s what you want. If you do a test to see how far over the glans you can force skin while you’re erect, know that through restoring you can add a mm to this Forced Erect Coverage per month. So depending on where you’re starting from, having enough slack skin to protect the corona during intercourse could take a year or two of concerted effort.

Yes the TLCTugger looks like a great product. I am going to get one someday.

Obafemi, I do hope you will try out the edging. I think you will be able to “train” yourself to last as long as you want.

Edging helps to retrain you to last longer. However, the problem is that when edging, you are in total control of the stimulation you receive.

During sex with someone else, however, some of that control flies out the window because your partner is moving also, causing more stimulation than you might want at the moment.

A helpful trick - with someone you have sex with fairly regularly - is signaling. Decide between you that a certain touch on the hip or something else means: STOP immediatley what you are doing. Takes a little practice, but it can work when the two of you finally find yourselves on the same page.
