1 year of pumping, minimal gains, feedback?

Hi guys, I’ve been exclusively pumping for a year now to see what kinds of gains I’d get. I’ve done manual excrcises for a couple years prior with small gains, mostly length. Girth is my main focus.

Anyway, I have gained a little in length and girth and my EQ has been better from this bathmate only routine. However for a year of pumping it’s not that much.

I wanted some feedback on my routine:

-5min warmup, mostly getting myself hard, light stretches and squeezes.
-15min bathmate: 5min at 5.5in, 5min at 6in, 5min at 6.5in.
-3min cooldown at 5in.

I do this twice a day, about 4 hours apart.

I have been able to pump up to 7in but then I get a lot of buildup and ball pain.

Any suggestions on how to maximize girth gains with the bathmate?

Sounds like you took it too far too soon and toughened your penis up too fast to get gains.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hi Jimmy,
I did some stretching and jelquing maybe for the first month or two of adding the bathmate. It takes too much tie to do a session with multiple exercises. I like how I can put the bathmate on and do other things while I wait.

Hi thoughtful,
To clarify, I started doing 5min at low pressure for the first week and then slowly worked my way up to doing longer sets (no longer than 20min) at higher pressures (usually topping out between 6.5 and 7in). For a short while I also did three 5min sets increasing the pressure a little each time with light jelquing in between.

The current twice a day routine that I listed above has only been going on for about a month at this point.

Do you still think its too much? I’m not getting any pain or spotting and minimal fluid buildup.

A tough pens shows no outward signs. Additionally, unless you see gains start and stop, never ramp up a routine if your PIs are positive.

Lazy- get little gains
Work- get better gains.

Taking the easy way out didn’t get you that much. Maybe now try it the other way.

What do you mean by outward signs? Are you referring to PIs?

And any suggestions on how to undo a tough penis?

I wouldn’t say I’m being lazy, just trying to make my routine more efficient.

When I was doing the newbie routine, and slowly added more excercises over time, I still didn’t get a ton of results.

I guess I’m looking to see if there’s any benefit to doing 2 BM sessions a day while increasing pressure throughout. Or if anyone has any suggestions for a bathmate only routine.

I did not imply you were lazy. It is your routine that is. As much as we don’t like to think it jelqing is the backbone of pe and gains. I have never seen many accomplish what they set out to do without it.

Yes, I’m referring to Physiological Indicators. And the only way to undo it is to rest. For a long period of time, to decondition so that your penis is no longer accustomed to the stress.

There are a couple of big gainers here who have used mostly the Bathmate. You’ll have to read through the progress reports and send one of them a message or mimic their routines. Honestly, effective PE is varied.

I hear what you’re saying.
Do you have any suggestions how to incorporate jelqs into what I’m already doing? And should I do 1 longer set or 2 shorter ones?
Any personal experiences that led to gains would be appreciated.

How about you get rid of all the devices and spend 20 minutes a day 5 days a week with some good slow jelqing. You may be quite happy. After that then do 20 minutes a day jelqs and incorporate 20-30 minutes of the bathmate 2-3 times per week and you might be surprised.

Good tip, I’ll check out some profiles of BM gainers and see what they’re doing.

Hm I’m sensing a purely manual PEer. ;)

From another posters suggestion I may be taking time off to de-toughen my unit. I may take your advice to work my way back into it after the break
