Ok so I don’t even know where to start.

I’m 18 years old healthy male. I weigh about 190 lbs and stand about 5’11”. Muscular build but not in good cardio shape. No medical problems at all. Have gotten bloodwork doc says all results came back in normal range.I eat healthy diet, egg whites oats chicken tuna beef milk.

My problem is weak erection/premature ejaculation while having sex.

I use to masturbate around average of 7-10 times per week. I first noticed the side effects when I went to have sex w/ a girl about 1.5 years ago. It was like a wet noodle couldn’t get it up for anything. It seems since that my erections have been fucked. My gf of one year broke up with me and I’m pretty sure it was because of shitty sex.

I have very weak morning erection it’s there a lot of the time just not hard one bit, same goes for spontaneous erections they come sometimes but very weak. Can not get a standing erection or laying down. The only position that works good is missionary when I’m on my knees, but even then when I start thrusting fast I bust within a few min.

I have stopped masturbating since Aug 9 and havent looked at porn since.

It really seems as if my problem is bad blood flow, sexual exhaustion, or some type of hormonal imbalance. Sometimes I’m horny but it just won’t go up. I hope I covered everything.

Please tell me what you think my problem is and what the best way to go about fixing it is. Thanks any help is appreciated.

Buddy, first you need to realize you are not “healthy”. This is a reality check. If you cannot get an erection at 18, you are not healthy, period. Why don’t you tell us the bad stuff in your diet, and whether you drink and/or smoke. From there maybe we can talk about what you can do to work on better penile health.


Recognize.

I use to have a bad diet, until I started lifting about 6 months ago. My diet honestly consists of egg whites, oats, red meat, whey protein, chicken breast, tuna, brown rice, and all natty peanut butter. Occasionally I will have a cheat meal of ice cream, pizza, maybe fast food once a week. Starting at age 16 I was smoking, an average of one or two a day, but I’ve been clean of that since lifting. On average I drink about once a weekend.

It could be because you are over working your penis in your PE routine.

Or, it could be that you are not doing your PE.

Are any of these possible. If so adjust your routine.

If you are overworking then reduce your routine. Also, if you are not consistantly PEing you should start. PE helps to produce more bloodflow to the penis. It also should help you mentally to become more horny just by knowing you are growing your penis.

Is it possible you may have injured yourself during that month?

If it is take some time off and start again. Also start with the newbie routine and if it seems like too much just lighten it up a bit.

No , the problems with my erection were present before starting PE . I live near boston and I was referred to mens health boston. Low Testosterone Boston | Cardiology Boston | Men’s Health

I have an appointment two months from now, it seems like a good place hopefully they can help.

I would go to the doctor, man. Unless you’ve left something out, you should certainly be able to get an erection at 18.

That said, I follow GainerGuy’s recommendations for amazingly stiff hardons:

1. First of all take 2x 1000mg of L-Arginine twice a day and 3x if your going to fuck.
2. Try to edge on your free time with jelqs
3. Twice a day make this shot about one third teaspoon cayenne pepper water and one third teaspoon ginger. Mix in a small cup. Chug this like a shot and wait for the burning hell to come in your face. Your face will feel like it’s on fire.
4. Excersise 3-4 times a week to reduce your stress

It has greatly improved my erections, along with the newbie routine.

I suggest you address the underlying problem though.

Does your penis feel numb?

Is there any pain in the shaft, glans or groin area?

Did you Have a thyroid test done by a doctor?

O_o You are young, yes but, manage your penis, is not a toy. ;) You can change masturbation by edging (no ejaculation at the end, yes it’s possible!) make space in your sex relation, etc. Just relax and be cool! ;)

Problem is pronounced when with a girl, right? I understand that a lot of men (including myself) have this problem. My solution is generic cialis from India or whatever plus less porn and less masturbation. Also a light jelqing routine. This gives me nice full erections by myself, helps me overcome the nerves the first few times with a girl, then helps me have level 10 quality full erections every time with her. Also, what are your stats for size? I think having a long and skinny one has been part of my problem.

Two small ideas:

Does the blood work cover your testosterone levels?
It could be psychological.

Untill you see the mens health clinic in Boston, you may wish to try to see if some herbal supplements help. L-arginine (though not herbal), horny goat weed, tribulus, ginko, red ginsgeng, saw palmetto, should all help, if they don’t, that would be another symptom you can tell your men’s doctor, when you get to see him/her.

No even masturbating it’s weak.. Length is 6.5” girth is close to 5” this was last time I measured but I swear it’s getting smaller it prob seems this way because I havent gotten a 10/10 erection in a while

Yes bloodwork was testosterone and a bunch of other hormones doctor said they were all normal though..
