4 months, no gains.

4 months, no gains.

Well I started Mid Jan. And I’m still exactly where I started.. 6BPEL x 5EG

I’ve been doing the newbie routine the whole time, just trying slight variations of it each month.. The past month I have been doing this

5 min hot wrap
10 minute stretching
15 minute wet jelqs ~ 4 seconds each at about 10-30% erection
5 min hot wrap
100 kegels throughout the day.
3 days on 1 day off

The previous months I only changed the erection level of the jelqs and the strength of the jelq pressure along with trying 2 on 1 off and 1 on 1 off.. But so far no gains.. I do have better EQ though.. So I’m wondering if it’s possible to figure out why I haven’t gained anything?? Very frustrating.

Many causes could concur in your lack of gains; unfortunately, we don’t know everything, so speculating about would be largely unuseful.

I can only say that, after 4 months, the routine should be a little harder than what are you doing; you are supposed to raise slowly but constantly the work, if you have no signs of overwork.

However, the newbie routine is based on short-time & high intensity work, including jelqs and stretches. Maybe you have (like me) a very strong tunica, so this kind of approach could be not the best.

Try hanging, or do an homemade extender (do a search :) ) and give it a try; this practices are based on more-time & less force than manual ones.

Make the erection level during jelqing at least 50-60%.

Oops! I missed that point. Yes, 30% is a too low erection level when jelqing - that way, it become a sort of stretching.

I did try for a month at 50-80% and still gained nothing that month.. But I will try it again for awhile.

You may have unusually tough connective tissue. If you do, heat is the major key. Either using an infrared lamp throughout your sessions, or using microwaveable gel packs and re-heating your penis every time it cools down, could make all the difference.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Go into your nearest chemists (drugstore for the other side of the pond) and ask if they have any reusable hot/cold packs. They may call them gel ice packs. Commonly used as ice packs for sports and other injuries, they can usually be put in the freezer for application to sprains and strains, or they can be heated in hot water or in the microwave to apply heat. They are cheap and last a very long time. Choose a size that will wrap around your penis over a damp cloth; the moisture helps the heat to penetrate far more efficiently.
