5 month mark, no gains

This was my routine the last month:

5 min hot wrap
10 min stretching
5 min hot wrap
15 min wet jelqs at 50%-80% Erection level
5 min hot wrap
About 100 kegels a day

4 days a week

Still haven’t gained anything yet. My routine for the past 5 months has been similar to this one but I haven increased it slightly over the 5 month period and experienced with different erection levels and different days off.. Nothing seems to work yet.

However I do have better erections.. AND better orgasms

Maybe you see the point by yourself: you haven’t increased intensity and time of work, if I well understand your post.

Try taking two weeks off, then restarting increasing slightly time and force week by week.

Maybe also switching to 2 on 1 off, this way in two weeks you get an extra workout, However I would primarily agree with Marinera about increasing intensity by small amounts weekly, that is what I did for my first two months and I had pretty good gains.

Switch to jelqing first, then stretch.

Increase intensity during sessions on and off like a tap.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

I recommend stretching and pumping, jelquing didnt do shit for me. It took me 5 months to start seeing real gains after I switched to this routine. I have gained .5 in the past 20 days.


Start 2-3-08 BPEL 7.25" EG 5.25" Midshaft

Now BPEL 9.00" EG 5.50 " Midshaft

What do you mean .too much hot wrap?Is 10 min too much?

Your routine would not give anyone gains. Ten minute stretching?? Stretching is only effective if done for prolonged periods and is difficult to achieve gains without some static stretching device. Your jelq technique is ineffective, you will have to do some more studying of routines/techniques of members to improve your exercises. Your training for a marathon by running five 50 yard sprints.

I think you are wrong. Many had good gains without using any stretcher/extender/ADS.
And ten minutes of stretching could be just too much for him.

I’m wondering : how do you know it?

Obviously, you can make no definitive assessments based on a brief description, however, in my experience ten minutes of stretching will do next to nothing. I received noticeable gains in two weeks; if you have nothing in five months you more than likely are doing something wrong. And judging from his report and what I have inferred, he is ineffective in his exercises/techniques. However, he could be in that small percentage of people that cannot gain.

Try jelqing slower. The heating method is fine. The secret to gains is heat. Do a one day on one day off type of workout see how that goes.
