I hope you guys really think seriously about his story. It’s a big reason why I won’t clamp anymore. Injuries and the wife hating the spongy dick it gave me are the reasons I stopped clamping. Bigger and more in most areas of life, doesn’t always equate to better.

My 2 cents.

I stayed motivated, because my wife helped me PE, but when we started out, something was wrong, something was missing. We had to re-think this because something was not right or just not happening. We brainstormed. We discussed what I was trying to achieve. I had to set a goal. I did. Now then, was my goal unrealistic? It was, but I did meet it only because of the help of my wife. But now, if I were to advise on setting a goal, I would tell you to set a realistic goal like 1/4 inch in length. Once that is met, set another goal of another 1/4 inch and meet that. That is already 1/2 inch met which is a significant length gains, but continue to set those realistic goals. Girth is different. A goal of a 1/4 of an inch in girth gains is tough to meet, so set a goal of an 1/8 of an inch and meet that, and set your goal for another 1/8 of an inch.

The reason for the low goals is to feel the sense of not only victory, but success when accomplishing the goals, which in turn motivates you to continue on to next goal. Way too many members here set theirs very high and when it comes time to measure, they are sadly disappointed that the measurement is not even near, only to feel that they have a long road ahead of them. Those kind of goals don’t give you that instant feeling of victory or success and in some cases, deflates their motivation to continue or at least question all of this and as a result, slows them down, because lack of achievement.

This is my Philosophy and Theory of the way I operate PEing. The total key to all of this is having the Right Mind Set. My wife and I came up with this when we first started my PE regiment. I also feel we made an Art and a Science of how we were going to pursue this. Here is what our Key was with the categories underneath:

Have The Right MIND SET, this is the main key to PEing that opens the other keys and they are:

o Dedication: You must be dedicated to PEing as you are to get up and go to the gym or work, but this is free.

o Consistency: Be consistent with your exercises. Set a schedule and routine and stick to it, until you feel the
need to add to your Routine, or change you schedule. You must mix up your schedule as your
Penis/body will learn and adjust your schedule. Same with body building, the muscles learn,
and adjust to a body builders schedule.

o Concentration: Concentrate on the exercise you are doing at the moment, are you doing them correctly, and
Are you getting all you can out the 1 rep you are currently doing, do the same with the next
rep.

o Focus: During the exercise, focus on what you are feeling and what is going on during the exercise. Focus
On the area you feel needs work by the amount of pressure you feel in 1 area and not the other areas.
Always be aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it and what you are feeling.

o Believe: Most importantly, you must ‘Believe’ that everything you are doing during the exercise is working.

This is not a race for time nor is it a competition of how many reps one can do in a certain amount of time. It is all about dedication and consistency, concentration and focus during the exercise; and to believe that each exercise is working for you. This is all plain and simple. Once you get your rhythm, you may not have to do as many repetitions to achieve in 20 reps what you would have achieved in 60 to 80 reps. It really is all in the mind.

Men love it and have never said anything negative about my size. ;) The only issue I’ve ever had from other guys is that they don’t like foreskin. So I just tell them it’s their issue because I like it and it’s not changing.

You can get it back, I did just to PE and get a long dick. Too much into this, but I made a science out of this. I grew my foreskin in order to grow my cock in to it. It worked. I concur 100% with all you have said and would like to add a little more.

My girth goal is 6.25, and with a new technique I am POSITIVELY convinced I will achieve this (at some point.) In truth if I get to a 100% consistent 6.1 it’s already an added bonus. I have only ever used natural manipulation and look to the maximization of exercise focus, namely resistance training (for want of a better term.)

I don’t see why what has worked for me shouldn’t work for everyone, and just knowing things can be changed for the bigger in itself is such a physche booster. I have leaned a lot through reading the pages here, and after sifting through many threads have finally unlocked the key to girth that works for me, length being something that always seems to come slowly and consistently with all the various manipulations already routinely applied.
This exercise is an extremely aggressive compression bundle only applied once around 70-80% erect using a serious base grip and also the palm of your hand to apply extreme pressure and rotation. I can’t believe this will not give most people around .25 after a month- and once guys have this on board then the positivity should be there to work through.
I have no idea how long it takes new penis muscle etc to adapt, repair and integrate to normal, but I would imagine it is seriously slow, and therefore for most people this can be a limiting factor.

Anyhow, love this place and all it has to offer!

There’s tons of different exercises you can choose from to reach your goals. Weight lifting is kind of like PE, in which you set a goal and work toward that goal. :) The exercise options are plentiful and results vary based on penis model and how well you take care of yourself. ;)

So my question to you, do you think everyone who lift weights or is doing the exact same workout routine will see the same results? I’ll answer it for you, no they won’t. The reason has to do with your body and what does and does not work for it the best.

Let me use a real world scenario I’ve experienced. Normally I woul run miles on the treadmill. Never saw good results, and even though I could do it and it was fun my body wasn’t feeling it. My friend can run miles and he’s as thin as a twig. It is his thing.

Me on the other hand, I’m a very muscly and strong. And I enjoy running but I also enjoy hiking. So I began to do my workouts at the gym walking uphill at an incline of 13.5 the max is 15 and I walk 3-4mph for an hour every few days. My friend can get on the treadmill next to me and run for an hour and we burn pretty much the same amount of kcal a with maybe 30 kcal difference.

We both get in a great workout but in completely different ways. He can’t walk uphill because it hurts his back. I can’t run many miles because it hurts my back. I’m assuming you see the connection here.

PE is the same. Your results will vary based on your body makeup and the kinds of exercises chosen to do. The options are here for a reason. Because you’ll gain differently from different exercises. :)

I mean if you hit the gym, say 3 times a week, follow a specific routine, for reps, volume and intensity, which gives you amazing results, can the same way of training be applied to the penis, since we are talking about the same person?

That would be interesting.

For example a guy needs some muscle under his skin. He finds out that the best workout for him which gives him amazing results is light weight, many fast reps , 5 sets, 4 days a week. Does this mean that his penis also gains with low pressure jelqing, slight stretching, low pressure pumping, high number of reps etc 4 days a week?

Because of the structure of the tissues involved, it’s not going to work that way :)
