Lol I have the nearly two year old who fell out of his swing, off of my lap, I’ve really lost count off all the falls at this point lol. The baby is coming up on 3 months old and she has rolled off the chair (she was less than a month old, I didn’t think rolling was possible in my defense and I thought my husband was watching her while I ran to the bathroom) and since her big brother loves her and wants to hold her and cuddle her and use her for a pillow she’s gotten a few other bumps here and there. How long before I see results? I’ve been doing my routine 2 on 1 off for about two weeks now. I’ve gained girth not length. This would be a great thing for some guys, but I want to swing lower not have a dick like a beer can! I do the newbie routine, and I’ve recently added small amounts of pumping. What am I doing wrong. .. Open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance.

From what I’ve read some noticeable gains may be evident after a couple of months, not weeks and I said may.

Keep going and a bit of patience, I’m pretty new too and have noticed a little girth gain but attribute this to better blood flow and a stronger erection.

Well your husband is right….Don’t worry too much. We have an old saying in my country. <<If a kid doesn’t fall, doesn’t grow properly>>.

Of course it’s something old women say to new mothers to reduce their stress.

Lose the pumping for now. Add more stretches. Jelq almost flaccid.10-20% erection. Try that. Just a thought.

I also gained girth first which is considered more hard to do. At least from what I’ve read in this forum.

I would say your 6x6 is pretty big. Go for 7x6 although you might gain some girth too, so careful there.. Work with the extender. The hours of application should be your call. I have no experience with extenders, so you should wait for other opinions. Common sense though says to start light.

As for manuals I would recommend flaccid stretches. I would do them in sets after proper warming up. Say 3 sets of 30 sec pulls in any direction. On a daily basis. Just don’t pull too hard.

Again, your call. I am suggesting something I would do.

Yea as for the extender… I had little gains with it… just make sure you start out with very little tension… meaning it’s not pulling your pens out… and your head isn’t wanting to slip out either… wait a few minutes and move the screws so you are slightly lengthening it… you will gain NBPFSL relatively quick, 1-3 months is you use it for 4+ hrs a day as well as doing the stretches Bill10 mention… ease into all stretching after adequate warmup!

Thanks for the quick replies I also have golf weights which I find to be much easier then the extender I wear 4 weights for a few hours then go down to two I wear for 8 hours a day after stretching also I only jelq on the weekends for EQ will golf weights mimick the extender at such light weight 2lbs for 4 weights and 1lb when I go down to 2 later in the day and I stretch when I switch them to

As for golf weights… this is purely opinion… but I feel as though they are only good for healing in a longer state… you might find very slight newbie gains in erect length… but it will mainly make you hang longer in a flaccid state… don’t count on anything superb from either the extender or the golf weights… obviously with the extender gains will be made if you safely use it and ease into everything… but as for the golf weights you might see initially some ligament extension and flaccid length gain but likely nothing more than a 1/4 inch erect gain… obviously it’s all opinionated, but I feel as though that’s what you can look forward to… but just try it a couple months and see… you hold all the answers… I can only speculate! Either way you pull long enough and it will have no other choice but to respond :)

Hey guys I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months and was thinking about adding Plumped Bend to my routine, it would consist of 5 min hot wrap, 5 min of stretches, 50 wet jelqs and then 10 min of plumped bend, do you guys think this is too early or too much? Or should I just stick to my current routine?

If anything up the stretches… not sure what your goals are, but more of the beginner things such as stretching and jelqing would be better for you… less chance of injury…

Well I want to gain some girth which is why I figured plumped bend would help, unless jelqs and stretches will help with girth, I will stick to those.
