I think the problem is that your flaccid may be short and retracts.

So, grab the penis from the base and start pulling. As your penis relaxes, grab below the glands.

That should work.

Hi Dujardini,

I’m uncut and never had any issues with skin, while stretching or jelqing.
On my stretches, I pull my foreskin back then apply the grip behind the glands. This way the streches will focus more on the ligaments. If you stretch without pulling back the foreskin, you will be stretching more the skin.

Make sure to be well warmed up before start stretching and really dry penis, to improve the grip.

Both the above suggestions have been attempted repeatedly. I do have a smaller flaccid, which results in a good deal of skin-bunching. I think my issue stems more from the following, which I regret not including beforehand:
1) There is a relatively small amount of space between my sulcus(under the crown) and the band to where my foreskin retracts to, making it difficult to grip without re-extending.
2) when flaccid my glans are smaller than the shaft, leaving me little purchase when the above occurs.

Pull your foreskin back. Use a piece of toilet tissue around your glans to aid grip. Grip with the thumb and index finger below the glans providing the main grip, but with the glans in the palm of your hand to increase the surface area of your grip.

Hello there!

I’m doing rotors along streching however, rotors does not feel right for me, I feel something moving around the pubic area giving unpleasant feeling/pain. If I want to feel good with it I need to decrease intensity but then again I don’t know if with decreased intensity this exercise ain’t becoming meaningless? Shall I continue or perhaps replace rotors with another exercise - if yes, which one?

If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Just stretch.

I’ve been in a couple of days in the Newbie Routine and I still can’t realize how to do the Kegel exercises.

I did the test of finding the muscle while urinating, but I THINK I can’t contract it during the exercises. I feel like I contract the “ass” more than the muscle.

What do you think about it? Recommendations?

When you do the kegels, you feel it in your ass aswell. Kegel stops not only your pee but your crap too. Kegel has saved alot of people from shit in their pants, but none realises that.

Kegels act in a very small muscle, do not expect something special about it, after executed.

Everytime you go to the bathroom, keep stoping whatever is coming. Doing that you will develop a better “feeling” about how to execute the kegels.

@Osvaldo87. When you contract the PC-muscle your Penis raises. If you have done the stop urinating thing, you should know what muscle it is. I sit down when I do the Kegels. I find it easier to control the muscle that way. / Soulmedeep

Hi, if I’m not wrong for the male the proper muscle to work is the BC muscle, not the PC. The male pelvic floor is different from the female one. Maybe this link should help you: Locating the bc muscle
