I previously asked about low EQ, and have now after a month of different tweaks to my routine found that it is my manual stretching that is killing my EQ. The routine which seems to increase my EQ and feels more “right” is quite light and simple I think:

10-13 hours ADS a day - jes in the evening and phallsan during the night. Stays around 0,8-1,4 kg of force I think. In the morning when I wake up after using the phallosan I dry jelq for 6-8 min in the shower, which gives me a good expansion. I then go to work, and when I get home I put on the jes and start over. 1 day completely off per week.
Would you think such a routine is enough without manual stretching? I have previously done some high intensity PE on/off for the past 10+ years (most was 10 years ago, but also a couple of 3 month periods after) and therefore my tissue is probably somewhat toughened.

Stretch less.Jelq more.

I have more questions.

When jelqing, how do I maintain a 60% erection? My penis goes from 0% to 100% like a switch.

Do ligaments stretching show results faster?(I know the gain is limited) Where is the thread talking about it?

The more often you jelq, the more you will become accustomed to the feeling and have better control over your erections.

There are people discussing ligaments in almost every thread, even in the pumping forum.

Allow me to answer my own question.

A downward angle (penis pointing toward the floor) will place more strain on the ligaments. Its generally associated with an overhand OK grip and many people find it easier to both achieve a grip nearer the base and a greater pump effect from each stroke.

With a standard OK, stroking with the right hand whilst pulling the shaft to the left, and with the left hand pulling to the right, will apply stretch to the ligaments on one side at a time benefiting length. Pulling in the same direction as the hand in use with an overhand OK will have similar effects.

I’ve read that masturbation is bad for growth. That’s not an activity I perform alot, maybe once or twice a month if my wife isn’t taking care of me. So my question is, what makes it bad? Is it the actual orgasm or the stroking? And if you can ejaculate with out touching yourself does that make it better?

The camp is split on if masturbation hinders gains. I’ve masturbated a few times most weeks over the last ten years of PE and it’s not hindered my gains.

So my question is does it matter sitting vs standing with size? When sitting I can get super hard and am huge, easily 7-7.5” and thick. But standing up my erection is never strong and it’s significantly smaller. I always masturbated sitting snd I seem to get my true length sitting. I measure standing but is my length sitting usable for sex? My balls do drop down to what I assume is my BP Length which gives me my full size.

I get harder erections when sitting down. I see my true length. :) Also if I don’t PE in a week my EQ drops a little bit while I’m standing.

Yep me as well, I lose a good 1/2 of an inch almost standing. I have trouble maintaining an erection standing too vs sitting.

Hey everyone I just want to know what’s the best way to gain more flaccid is it wrist wrap after PE or ADS a homemade one

Can somebody direct me to more info about manual stretching for uncut guys? I have read the tips and tricks thread, as well as the jelq/stretch 101, but haven’t been able to adapt my grip(s) to get a good hold of anything but skin.
