Base girth smaller then mid girth?

Hello again, I’ve got a question. What does it mean is my base girth is smaller than my mid girth? I used to masturbate a lot from 11 to 17 years like 5 times a day. I think that this may be the cause of my small girth of penis. Now I try to masturbate twice a week, and I can feel that my penis seems stronger and a little bit bigger.

I have that too. Base girth is smaller than my mid girth, Never done much wanking though. At most I did it every night but now days it is maybe once a week tops.
