Been Trying To Get PE to work for me for 10 years with results.

Hello all, I’m a very long time lurker and I have been trying to do something about my size for 10 years now.

I only want to change my penis length by 1.25 centimeters (almost nothing) but I haven’t seen a single change regardless of what I do.

Can someone please just give me a little push in the right direction? I know it’s frowned upon to tie expectations to PE and I’m over this now, but a year ago I almost killed myself due to everyone else getting results in only months. I’m better now but if I could add 1.25 centimetres to just my length I would be a much more stable person.

I’ll also donate $5000 to this forum and become a massive advocate for PE.

I have tried almost everything under the sun sometimes very consistently (literally everything it’s been 10 years), but I’m willing to try anything again.

I haven’t had any injures, the only thing I have gotten from PE is discolouration of my shaft.

You didn’t specify what you’ve done when you were most consistent.

I have at least 6 months of each of these exercise.

Ligament stretching,
Bending the shaft to stretch the tunica,
Bundle stretches,
Hanging,
Jelqing.

All of these by them self’s, and sometimes with other exercise.

With and without breaks, a year of very hard a year of very soft a year in the middle.

I have been doing PE for around 10 years with maybe a 2 year break split between all my breaks.

I’m starting to understand why there’s no proof of it working, but I’ll keep trying, hell it’s only one center-meter I want.

That doesn’t sound thought out or consistent.

Six months of stretching for 2 hours a day with no break days was very consistent, I did that with every exercise on that list for around 3 years where it was every single day.

Then I did around 3 years of lighter exercises with break days.

I don’t think you realise how much stuff I have tried.

Do you use heat? Do you use any devices? And how are your EQ?

The only thing that worked for me over the last 10 years was hanging under infrared if that helps.

I used heat for 80% and stopped using best for 20%

I have probably done 4000 hours of PE FYI so I have done everything. Are these questions going anywhere?

Yes, we are trying to go through the process of elimination to find out what we can change/modify to develop the best routine for you. For the majority of people, if they use heat and are consistent they see results. Do you gain anything on your BPFSL immediately after your PE exercises?

If you legitimately have tried everything, maybe it is time for a decondition break.

tell us how you hanged when you hanged. Routine, rest days, etc.
Also if you gained anything despite you say not a single change.

Yeah I’m pretty sure PE might be impossible for most people as in my 10 years of have never been able to find photo graphic proof of results, but that’s always attributed to shyness.

I have had a years deconditioning break it did nothing.

No really noticeable gains in length after exercises.

I hung with no days off for 6 months and then 2 days in one day off for 6 months
Then 3 days in 2 days off for six months heavy and light weights tried both.

I did that amount of variation for every exercise.

I really did think a $5000 donation might turn a few heads especially for such a small amount of length gain but I guess not.
If anyone wants to pick a charity I’d be happy to donate the money to that to.

This is all for a documentary to on PE to so I have extensive before and after pictures.
