Hello I am about to start with PE and since I am already into cold showers. I wanted to know from experienced people if the turtle effect of cold shower on my penis could make me heal shorter?

What I am thinking is either to take the cold shower right before the warm-up and stretching session, so I will not allow my penis to turtle for more than 5-10 minutes/day.

Either, I know someone will think it’s crazy, is to warm up, put on the bib’s hanger (read this post where I explain the reasons why I would like to start straight with the hanger Straight To Hanging) and then to get a cold shower, so my penis will be already in an elongate state when getting into the cold. This not only will not allow to my penis to turtle, but it will also put more stress to the ligament and maybe the tunica, giving me the possibility of higher gains (if it’s too early to do something like this I may consider. To do it after a few months of PE)

Yes this concept was already discussed on here in several threads and it has some logic behind it.

You can also simply keep stretching your dick while doing cold showers. I do ice cold water pumping and it ahs nice effects(good hang). For me the whoel turtling only happens when my dick iswet and codl air reaches it. So I make sure to dry shortly after cold water application

On my opinion the best I can do is to warm up than keep my penis in an elongate state by stretch/hanging. After few minutes get into a cold shower still stretching it - maximum 20 minutes per time - and at the end of the PE session warm up again. It will help to produce more stress on the tissue during the cool down and the reconstrution, after the PE, of tissues to happen in the most elongate state thanks to the final heat down

The issue is all of what you’re discussing is good theory backed by no practice. I would suggest trying things the way they are designed before tweaking them for best results. dickerswhanz has a lot of experience and without experience you don’t know if the way hanging and warmup is meant to be applied will work better for you or not.

Tweaking and experimentation come in time. Rushing into PE with your own ideas is not a recipe for success. I recommend starting slow and learning more from doing before experimenting.

It makes perfect sense. Anyway I always pay attention to what I do. If I feel dangerous discomfort I stop it!
