Conflicting information for newbie routine
Hi, new guy here.
Some things I read have me scratching my head and I’m not sure how to proceed with my PE.
I read about stretching adding length and jelqing adding girth. I read about doing length first before going for girth.
Now here is where I’m confused: the newbie routine says to stretch followed by jelqing. Isn’t this going to limit your overall gains long-term (jumping the gun on girth exercises)? I have then also read about people not gaining any length with a stretch-only routine and only started gaining after adding jelqing, so I’m considering doing this but I want to make sure I don’t limit my gains. These two pieces of advice work well together, but it’s the whole “focus on length, ignore girth at first” thing that I don’t want to mess up.
Also, what do you do once you reach what I have seen describe as a plateau? How do you move past each plateau?
