Gained 1" Length and 1/4" in Girth

The title says it all. I have gained 1” length and 1/4” mid shaft girth since I started on March 1. It is looking quite large now and very veiny / angry. My glans have increased as well and look great. My glans ridge has increased a lot, so that is very noticeable and pleasurable during sex. I am very happy with the progress.

I work out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and take the other days off to rest. I do the newbie routine with some kegeled jelqing to force extra blood in. 10 days ago I started doing some orange bends and saw a big increase in girth and a very heavy flaccid hang.

Congrats! That’s impressive!

I do the newbie routine (and have made it longer as I am on my 3rd month):

5-10 minutes warm up (hot wash cloth and continue to add hot water)

15 minutes stretching

15 minutes low erection jelqing with kegels to add and push extra blood

a few jelqs at a strong erection to push blood and hold it down to the glans to get a large glan expansion

hot shower with sometimes a little stretching

kegels after the shower and while I do things.

For the last 10 days I have added orange bends and have received really good girth work from it.

I have found the lighter is better approach, both on days and intensity. Slow and steady is when I receive my gains and have great EQ. If I work out to hard I do not gain and EQ will suffer. It feels great when you get in that perfect PE zone!

I think I have just been lucky with length (that is just where I gain and I am a tall lanky person). Stretching seems to do it for me. You just have to find the stretch that feels like it is working. It is just a feeling that you are in the zone. You can feel a good stretch going that you know are getting results (hard enough to get positive results, but not to hard that you over do it and get negative results).

Girth has been more challenging for me. I hope I keep gaining girth from the orange bends.

I honestly cannot believe you gained so much penis volume in 3 months. Unbelievable. Congratulations man! I envy you!

I wanted a larger penis than 6”, but whenever I measured, that is all it read. I think EQ had a ton to do with my initial gains. I have always had strong erections, but after doing kegels, they were even stronger. I started getting some erections where it felt like my penis was trying to bust out of my skin.

I believe a stronger EQ gave me 1/4”-3/8” of my gains and they were quick gains. I was most probably longer than 6”, but just never got it maxed out (and I am healthy, in my 30’s, and active). Most guys probably have that hidden potential, increasing your EQ releases it.

I cannot say enough about kegels and creating a strong EQ, they really help give you the maximum erection potential that your penis has. Stretching and jelqing increase your growth, and kegels / creating a strong EQ help fill that growth up. If your not increasing both areas, I do not think you will get the best results that you could be achieving.

That’s awesome Pole Position! Your gains are truly impressive for such a short amount of time! I have a question for you: You said that you do low erection jelqing (which I do too) but you do kegels during the jelqs as well. Doesn’t the kegels cause you to be quite hard again when you ‘clamp off’ the base with the OK-grip to do the next jelq? Or are you at such a low erection level that doing a kegel doesn’t make much of a difference erection-wise?

I try to do the jelqs at a lower erection level, so when I add the kegels, it does not get completely hard. I get hard pretty fast, and had trouble with jelqing at first. It just took practice, and I had to wait until the erection subsided to continue. I still have to stop and wait now as well. Watching TV while doing it helps for me with the erection level, and helps pass the time as well.

I never took pictures of my before (people who are starting my want to do this). I have taken detailed notes of my gains and what I was doing, to see what was working and what was not. I am unsure if I would have the “balls” to post pictures anyway had I done some.

That are awesome gains, what stretches did you do, just simple or some special stretches? Congrats.
