Girth advice for begginner
I started PE with a water pump. I used it for 1 month, then I gave it for 1 month, then I used it again for another month. All my PE experience is just that. I quit because I didn’t think the pump actually enlarged it. I want to start the manual exercises. For the last few days I tried to squeeze, Ulis, horse440 on my own, but after the session my penis started to shrink, luckily after 1 day it was back to its original state. I know these are very intense exercises, I shouldn’t have started with them right away, no problem, no injury. I just want environmental gain. Should I work stretching? Dry jelqing slow strokes I think to start with a maximum of 5-10 minutes just what do you think? For a beginner, I would like to find out if this routine of his surroundings looks good.
