Girth or length
Hey all
I’ve been performing jelq the following way:
5 mins stretching (hard ones)
10 mins jelqing (4 secs per stroke)
5 more minutes stretching (even harder ones, but not beyond the limits)
Obs: no warm ups, using baby oil as lub
I feel it “huge” after the work out, but gets back to the “original size” after 30mins or so
Any chance of gains practicing like that? How long for gains? (If there’s any chance by working out my unit like that, ofc)
