Hey guys! Can you give me a short length gain routine? I’m having trouble with busy schedule.

Newbie routine is great mate - check out the tutorials sections, very simple to follow

You can make up your own. It doesn’t always have to be someone else’s routine. Play with different exercises and see which one best suits you and stick to it. If for a couple of months you see no change, then change your routine and do the same thing again. By the way, what are your penis stats ?

I still haven’t got my measurement after a month. I also lost my previous measurement he he. I’ll update you when I already got my measurement next week.

Stretch when you can. Like after you piss and get in about 5-10 dry jelqs. But perhaps you should make use of the toilet. If someone see’s you doing PE at urinal they may call security.

Wow! Is this really effective? By the way what is the erection level every time you dry jelq?

Hey kramer, I sympathise. It took me a long time to become consistent in my pe workouts, with other pressures. But the first time you see some payoff in the measurements it will give you a huge kick and incentive. Try for 1/2 -3/4 hour a day, hot wraps, stretching, jelqs. Try fowfers, because they can be done while you are at your desk; or driving, which I haven’t tried.

For keeping your measurements, get a Google documents account (free) and you can store them safely online in a doc file or spreadsheet, without worrying about your hard drive crashing.

I prefer wet jelqs, got an idea, put hair conditioner on the back of the toilet when you piss do about 5 or ten wet jelqs if that is more comfortable.
When your at work in the office do fowfers.
However,your going to need to schedule at least 30 minutes out of your day to do a program, try sizemores routine. Do this 3-4 days per week We all have busy schedules.

Perhaps you can break the 30 minutes up into small five minute shifts throughout the day see if that works for you.
