A limit on how many times in one day you can use it. I see on one of the links posted above that 5 minutes is the recommended time to use it.
Like all PE, be sensible and add things slowly and pay attention to your physiological indicators.
I would always say keep to the newbie routine and add things once you have seen no negative effects for a long time. Once you feel confident that the newbie routine is not too much, then add fowfers as you wish. 5 minutes seems like a nice number to start with. You can always increase the duration and number of fowfers you do gradually.
I liked doing fowfers, I for the life of me cannot think as to why I stopped!
