How to Increase Girth

I’m really new to this PE thing (Started 29 Aug 2006 today) and I was hoping someone might be able to give me some advice. All I really want to do is increase the girth of my penis, I was hoping someone might be able to tell me the right exercises to do or point me in the right directions. I would really appreciate any advice thanks in advance.

Ok so I just did my first Newbie PE exersice and I just have a couple questions. First will I be sore from my first exercise and second is it ok to have sex when you first start doing this because it’s gonna be hard telling my girlfriend no, so I thought I would ask. Thanks

You may be a little sore; wait and see.

Yes it’s OK to have sex. But you MAY see better results if you ejaculate less often. At the least, don’t ejaculate within a few hours either side of a PE session if you can avoid it.

I just started the PE yesterday and I do have a quick question. I am a smoker and I was wondering if that would slow down any gains that I might see? Thanks

No, but it has an impact on erection quality, so it might give you less gains sideways.

Today is my second day doing the PE exercise and I’m having some trouble staying erect during the exercises. I’m doing the newbie routine. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or ran into this themselves. Thanks

First do the exercises which require that you have a (partial) erection, jelqing for instance. Finish with the exercises which require that you have a flaccid, like stretching. By doing this you make it easier on yourself.

To keep an (partial) erection, watch porn or do kegels while doing the exercises.
