Well, I think I will comment here as someone who spent entirely too much time and money on his dick.
TL: DR- Got a ton of shit gathering dust. Cuz I do. And a sale thread for it Blowout Sale: thoughtfulgold
The reasons I recommend the Newbie routine are layered but ultimately simple.
1. Is PE for you?
The Newbie Routine is a free and easy way to get into the ultimately disproportionately huge time commitment PE becomes. If you aren’t bored to tears, irritated and frustrated after 90 days and didn’t quit…then devices may be worth trying. If you pay a price of admission and never used the device again you’ll be very sad that you wasted $300 on a Bathmate that you never want to use again.
2. Do you know how much strain your penis can take?
The short answer is no. There is no possible way for you to know that because you never done this before. The newbie routine gives you a physical baseline to understand the physical reactions of your penis. From what gives you good morning wood to what kills your morning wood and gives you pain afterwards.
3. Did you buy something comfortable?
All too often people will buy devices and they will be uncomfortable and all sales are final. Hundreds of dollars wasted. People will read and think extenders are a great idea but so many people quit because the noose which is the most common and inexpensive way to get into extending is also uncomfortable to a point of utter sadness and exasperation.
Some people find pumping greater than 3 HG is incredibly painful. They wonder how the device could ever be useful. Some people find similar with water-based pumping or hangers. Also, how well can you size these things since you’ve never bought them before? Buying several different sizes multiplies your investment before you even know if you want to continue long enough to see if PE is for you.
4. How do you know what to buy?
If you haven’t done the Newbie routine and you haven’t conditioned yourself then how do you know what is worth buying? If you haven’t studied where you will go after the Newbie routine because now you have a physical understanding of PE then how will you make a purchase decision that is informed at all? Doing the Newbie routine for 90 days and researching your next steps gives you exposure to the theory that you will need to understand to make a reasoned and educated purchase decision.
Additionally, if you trust "marketing research", you will end up buying every possible thing. Take it from someone who has spent more than $15,000. It’s easy to sell yourself with marketing even with things you know don’t work: this is how I got my Size Genetics extender 4 years ago even though I long since stop extending 5 years before that. There is no substitute for experience coupled with research. Research alone will not help you.
5. The Newbie routine is the only thing that we all have a consensus on that we can teach that doesn't cost any money.
If we insisted you buy a device and then taught on devices we would be no different than any other website that has a vested interest in a device, advertisers said device then coerces you into buying it. In the interest in keeping things free recommending devices just is disingenuous. Every other form pushes the Bathmate because that company has made a sock puppet out of every PE forum except this one because they offer commission based on people who buy things after clicking on a banner ad they install in your site. That element ruins a website for me and I would hate to see Thunders take that route.
I understand that you want to see gains and Stat increases and progress. But recommending against devices doesn’t mean we’re trying to keep you from reaching your goals. Speaking as someone who has spent over $10,000 in 9 years and only luckily have something to show for it so many others have gone the same route I have and have nothing to show for it. There is no guarantee that buying a device will help at all. Just because you spend your money doesn’t entitle you to anything, not games, not progress, nor a money back guarantee.
I’m not sure what else I can add. I know that I wish I started with manuals instead of a $515 device that was ridiculously uncomfortable.
But maybe that’s just me.
