Start with the “Newbie Routine”, maybe modify it a little to suite your self, no one is the same and maybe the amount of Jelq’s might be to much, or the time for stretching might be to long, etc. You can modify it to how your penis responds, so take it easy and watch you PI’s
I looked at your routine from the pay site and don’t know way there was no stretching, and you decreased your amount of Jelq’s after two months, also Horse 440’s after two month’s not a good idea!
You should pick up some girth gains doing the Newbie Routine. After your dick is conditioned to PE (after at least three months, four or five even better) Then you can attack your girth goals with a more advanced Girth Routine.
