Hi all.
First I apologise because my English is a little bit poor! Sorry for language mistakes.
I am glad to be here : to find a place where I can have some advice.
In order to introduce myself I will tell you quickly my story and why I am looking for PE :) .
I am 30 y old and I’ve been with a woman during 9 years. During this time I had a satisfying sexuality, but one day she left. Since that I’ve met some other women even if I loose a little bit confidence in myself. Some of them told me that my penis was thin (not enough girth for her).That was a bad destabilizing discovery for me and that’s why I interested myself by PE.Now I am single.
I am 5”10(1m77) H and 163 LBS(74kg)W well build even if I smoke cigarettes because I ‘ve always done some sports (tennis soccer etc.).
So since August 08 I exercice myself to PE by the way of a “not free” web site.

My routine was:
5/10min warm up
5 min Jelq
5min Warm down



After one month:
5/10min warm up
10 min Jelq
5 min squeeze
5 min warm down

After 2 month:
5/10min warm up
5 min Jelq
5 min Horse 404.(Now I know it is dangerous)
5 min warm down

As you can see in my signature I had no gains and my girth decreaze a bit because of bad EQ. So I am resting myself doing somme kegel sessions in order to get back good EQ.
I have read the Newbe routine but it is most for lengh and I don’t want my penis to be like a snake
I have no pump and I don’t want to buy it and also I don’t want to do clamping.
I am almost only interested by Girth gains and base girth gains so I would like to see if you could advice me a girth routine only with fingers (for a almost newbe) in order to get a new good start for years 2009.

Now :7.5"BPEL X 4.6 EG :/ Short Term Goal 7.3"X5" (lenght reached !) Long Term Goal 7.5"X5.5" : hard! (length achieve, desperate about poor girth). New goals : ST: 7.7X4.75 LT: 8X5.1

Hey spageto, welcome to the forum!

I’ll be quick about my advice - I know that you maybe don’t want any more length, but you really must start with the newbie routine in order to get your penis conditioned.
After a couple of months, you can start with the more advanced exercises.

I know it’s not what you want to hear, but that’s how it is. If you start too early with the advanced stuff, you may end up with an injury. I did in my starting days.

Take it easy, but be persistent and you will see gains.

At least Three months on the newbie routine.

Either the regular one or the linear one:

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine
NEW newbie + advanced routine

No squeezing no horsing.

If not you are likely to hurt yourself with advanced exercises.

Take some more time off. Losing girth is not a good sign. Rest and recover, and restart a newbie routine.

First welcome to Thunders, you are definitely at the best site to get to your goals. I’m sure others will chime in, so first off you should rest a while till your EQ returns.

Start with the “Newbie Routine”, maybe modify it a little to suite your self, no one is the same and maybe the amount of Jelq’s might be to much, or the time for stretching might be to long, etc. You can modify it to how your penis responds, so take it easy and watch you PI’s

I looked at your routine from the pay site and don’t know way there was no stretching, and you decreased your amount of Jelq’s after two months, also Horse 440’s after two month’s not a good idea!

You should pick up some girth gains doing the Newbie Routine. After your dick is conditioned to PE (after at least three months, four or five even better) Then you can attack your girth goals with a more advanced Girth Routine.

Do a search and you’ll see there’s lots of manual Routines (hand) to pick from, Good luck!

Now I understand why I was in the bad wad way, I was to hurry to make some girth exercises.

Sta-kool, thank you for the links, this show me the philosophic way for PE and indicators signs that I was wrong. This is also a proof the PE is serious and not a fantasy.

I will rest myself like you advice me 2 weeks and after make the Newberoutine during 2 month Minimum. After that I will try 9_in_Richard’s routine.
