Is it possible to make significant gains without using devices?
I apologize if this is not a new question, but I couldn’t seem to find anything with the search bar. Every single routine I see of veteran PE members are that they include some sort of device or appliance in their search for more gains after the Newbie Routine whether it is some sort of hanging device/clamping/pumping or whatever. My question is, how far can just stretches and jelqs take you? I actually started the newbie routine about three months ago and quit after about a couple of weeks because I didn’t have the time to do so. However, I’ve just started it up again, and I want to know if I can expect any significant gains outside of (hopefully) cementing my future Newbie Routine ones because it seems to me after reading through a bunch of this forum that manual stretches, jelqs, and exercises start to dish out very quickly diminishing returns without turning to some sort of device.
Thanks,
