Hello guys,

First at all, I´m from germany and my english isn´t that well. So please have understanding if I don´t understand each word immediately and ask again.

I have started PE something about 2years ago and did the PE routine (stretching,jelqing,bolloning) for about 1,5year. Due to some circumstances I made a break for about a half year.

My intention now was to start with hanging as I stuck till end of my 1,5 year PE time, doing just girth gains.

I started hanging about 11weeks ago with 2sets and 2,5kg weight.

The more weight I was going the more the problems came up. Currently I have 4kg and have massive problems with correct wrap / adjustment of the hanger. In one way I does get blue glans and foreskin, in another way I did get swollen glans and foreskin or I have massive pain when attaching the weight.
By the way..
I have strictly followed the choose of material (and size), strictly followed the instructions like here: Wrapping drawings , also pressing the blood out of the glans, but the problems are still the same. I also tried to choose other materials and also tried to attach the hanger closer to the base.

I don´t know if this is maybe a reason but since starting PE I have a fleshy flacid penis which is well blooded.

I started PE 9 months ago with 7 months of compulsive jelquing and get a thrombosed vein which is healing , now im starting to hang 60g , i cant believe how someone dares to weight more than 2kg maybe its just me because im a beginner , i read in someones post about hanging and one dude stated that he had very good gains from low weight and more period time of hanging , something that i aiming for , i think the hanging time wins over the weight.

You as a veteran in hanging , can u tell me if i can wrap the weights in the base of the penis , i read on the internet that theres more penis inside the pubis , do u think that hanging at the base can promote gains i feel hanging below glans not much confortable , goodbye.

There is no need to wait that long to start hanging, I bet you wanted to see if PE was real, I understand that.

You can handle 2,5 kg at beginning, but you should have started with less weight than that, at least 1 kg, and done 3 sets on the first week and adding one set per week. And follow the NOS progression email.

How do you do the wrapping? I am no expert in wrapping either, I am hanging for almost 3 months now, But I have no problems regarding wrapping. Either way I think the best is for you to go to Bib hanger forum.

Exactly like descripbed..

I took a t-shirt and cut a 18” (around 45cm) piece out of it. Wide is about 5cm I think (sorry but I´m not that firm with inch).

I starting from the underside, making a ok-handle with my left hand and holding the beginning of the clothing material with two fingers. I´m wrapping it around and over my fingers, 2nd time I pull my fingers out. Once wrapped around completely I secure it with adhesive tape (don´t know if this is the correct word. Its the duct tape like in a first-aid-kit). I secure it at the bottow side or the top side to not run into the fixing area of the hanger.

Once this step is done I´m checking if the seat is okay or if it does slipping. If all is fine I starting to wrap with theraband. (tried different therabands)

I have a 18” long piece with 1” wide, like described. I starting do wrap at the underside again and doing it in spirals down to the base of penis. The spirals are in 1/4” steps. Once done I secure it with the adhesive tape, like described above.

I allready tried different way of making it more loose or more tight. I wrapping it, that the blood circulation still works and nothing changing into blue, even if I have the wrap on for a hour.

When done this wrap I attaching the bib-hanger. I tried different setting. If its too loose it does slip with the wrap and pushes the blood into the glans (also blue color). If its too tight it goes into blue, but the glans are not swollen. There is no point where I would say, that I hit the middle, one of both problems are still present.

I also tried to start the wrap closer to the base, but the problems does not change at all.

If you see above my name, my location is Brazil, so we use the metric system like all countries, but USA.

Certainly your problem is or your wrap is too tight or the bottom gap of your hanger is too close. Try opening more the bottom gap.

Hi,

If you are having problems with attachment, consider the shopping bag hanger method. Simply use a shopping bag, place the weight into the bag, and place the bag handles onto your wrist like a wristwatch. Then, use a OK grip on that hand to grip the penis just below the head. Be sure the head is fully flaccid and that the grip is just tight enough to not let the head slip thru the hole. Now, let your gripping arm with the bag attached go limp EXCEPT for the gripping hand. Works very well and I’ve hung up to 40 pounds (US) with it with no issues of comfort. Use toilet paper, baby powder, or grip spray to get a firm grip. Hope that helps. Thanks.
