My BPEL Is Not Improving Need Advice

I am targeting BPEL. My gains are quite too slow I can say. I am on an on & off PE Trainee. However for the past 5 month I tried to be pretty consistent up to now. I see some progress in BPFSL but little change in BPEL. I.e Within 5 months I gained BPFSL by a little more than 1” but BPEL by not more than 0.5”. I completed JP90(well know routine in Pegym). Can some recommend a routine which cud be quite usefull for EL & BPEL? Thanks.

An increase of 0,5 BPEL is quiet good in 5 months. As long as you gain in any metric you should keep doing what you do.

Agreed. Just keep it up and exhaust those gains.

Those are great gains! If you want to give yourself more of an advantage, and I can’t stress this enough because I’ve been told by many others, is to use heat during your workouts. Other than that your making good progress.

Let me simplify what they said to most basic terms.

If a half inch in 5 months is not good enough for you, there’s a good chance you’ll overdo it. Stay with what you’re doing. You are doing great now.

Do not change the routine you're doing.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

An inch in a year is the rough, unofficial average I’ve seen from reading everything I can on the subject. Check my log. You’re progressing at almost the exact pace as I am.

those are great gains… what are your goals… then do a search and figure out what the best routine is for your goals.
