New Routine and X4 Help.

I’m going to do 4 sets of BOTC hanging daily and wear the x4 extender for 8 hours min a day and 20min bathmate pump and some edging and conditioning while at it.

I currently just received the x4 in the mail and confused to how much tension I should be having it on. Should I add additional bars so that the x4 is pretty much my max length I can’t even pull out my penis then put it in there for constant pressure there or I’m I suppose to make it even go farther then that?

Or I’m I suppose to pull in the x4 and have it at max length then then tension bars will push it out farther past the maximum flaccid length?

Why not focus on just one thing at a time? I don’t know your level of PE but it sounds like a lot if your just starting out. Your gonna do one of two things, injury or burnout. Maybe both.

I just finished hanging for 2 months OTS avg 4 sets sometimes 5 a day. Min 3. + 20min pump daily for 2 months. I’m only adding extending now and already have the device and I’m just asking how to use it properly.

Well I hope it works out for you. I did a hanging and pumping routine and I got burnt out from it.

Its hard but I have the time right now and just going for it.

Any explanation how to properly use the x4 anyone?

Compress the device, reach through the noose/Strap, pull the glans through, tighten down the noose/clamp and secure it. Let go of the device to decompress it, most think point it down is the way to go. Slowly back out the screws till there is the desired tension. Work up to 60 minute sessions.

It will take some trial and error to get your set up right, but like Buck said, you will need to hold the system in compression while you strap in, this will require a developed technique.

Have you settled on either the strap or noose yet?

I started the noose with it so far. So. If I go to the bottom of the spring and use 3rd tension spring or max spring whatever you like to call it and say I pull my penis through tighten it and then let go and it extends to the very end again does that mean I need to add some bars to the device?
Say if I pull my penis fully out as if I’m trying to manual stretch it is that where I want to put on the x4 and then have the tension springs pull on it at that point?

I read it all and skimmed and from what I found out could you confirm some things for me if thats okay?

1. Yes. It’s creating constant tension to bring it to the 5.5” length.

2. Push it in fully. After some practice you will get the tensions down and know where you stand for every session.


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Is there any bad thing to just always using max tension and adding rods when needed?>

1 last question and I think I get it. Do I want my glans over the end of the device?

I think I have it figured out and how to work it. Whenever I use the noose I always get a build up of excess skin pushed around the glans. I didnt get the velcro from the box they never added it and the other thing doesnt slide good.

Most of us have found that longer duration sets are more effective, so yes too much tension too soon will lead to shorter duration sets and not be as effective. Also you need to condition the points of attachment at the base and glans, so there’s really no hurry in the beginning.

The position of the glans in the cradle will likely depend on anatomy, but I would say you’re wanting it as far forward in the cradle as you can as that’s the most forgiving to the glans tissues especially with the noose. Definitely something to take note of and keep an eye on.
