Newbie Routine 3 months ending

So guys i started doing Jelqs, Stretches and Kegels about mid january.
I read and tried and experimented for a month and a half, and in the beginning of March, i started doing the Linear Newbie Routine because the other one was way too much.
3 months after there’s no change in EL and EG.
The EQ is way better than before, more veins, etc…
Flacid wise it doesn’t turtle as much as before and it seems that it’s length average increased.
I’m going to PE everyday until the 8th of June and after i’m going to have a forced rest of about a week (Pilgrinage walk :) ) and then i’m going to start a new routine and put it here.

The routine i did is in the picture.
What exercises should i add to my routine? I’m looking for length first.

I like when things are hard to get, it feels even greater when the goals are reached yeahhh

01/03/2009- NBPEL:5.1; EG:4.6.

01/05/2010- NBPEL:6.1; EG:4.7.

Long Term Goal- NBPEL: 7.0; EG:5.5

Id recommend hanging if you think your conditioned enough. Id go for longer kegels too, 10-15 second holds. I think longer ones help to control yourself when your having sex and the quicks do the opposite.

Oh id also recommend wearing an ads if you pursue hanging.

If you’re looking for manual exercises - the link provided by marinera is absolutely on the money. I made most of my gains through that routine! It’s great.
