Newbie Routine
Hi everyone, I recently injured myself by going to hard and not realizing that I should start the newbie routine. I now read the newbie routine and decided when I am healed I will start it. It says 10 minutes of jelqing (200 jelqs) and to gradually increase to 30 minutes of jelqing over the 6 weeks. Does this mean I have to get to 600 jelqss by the 6th week? Adding 80 jelqs (4 minutes) a week?
