I just started my PE Journey ..

I Found this Routine in other Forum :
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

Is this Routine is So intense .. Or Should I use Thunders Newbie routine (Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine ) ?

That routine doesn’t look too bad.

The Newbie Routine here has a long history of getting gains. So, if I were to choose, I’d probably choose that but go with what works for you.

Personally I think 600 jelqs might be overkill for a newbie. That is a heck of a lot of jelqing.

It’s a good routine. Although 300 jelqs for starters may be too much.Other than that, it looks solid.

If you are new I will too recommend the linear first and the newbie next.Newbie is very effective.It kickstarts your gains.

I get tired from the difference of opinions between here and matter of size !. There they told me that 50 minutes 600 jelq is a good thing and here is overkill and I didn’t know what to do .

Try, is a good way. Think with your head: is better start hard or is better try more gently and see what happens?

Jelqing is too heavy. Stretching is fine.
