One Handed PE

Hi everyone I am getting surgery soon on my wrist and the recovery time is supposed to take a couple months, I am wandering can you do pe excersises one handed? Has anyone here had to try this?

There was a guy on the X4 forum, Dangler, who only had one functional hand. He used an extender somehow. But that’s the only anecdote that I can recall.

Sure you can. You can certainly stretch with one hand and jelqing can also be done with a one hand stroke. I do the latter in my routine all the time. I switch it up with one handed jelqs and two handed. So it is possible.

Manual stretching and dry jelq are one handed exercises. Stretching to the sides and long sessions of dry jelqing lead the person to switch hands, but for comfort reasons.
