Hi I just started PE Saturday. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for me on how to do the workouts in a college dorm situation. So far I just do it in the shower. I have a few questions for anyone who has any kind of advice:

1. Is water a good enough lubricant, I feel like there is a lot of friction, more than I would have expected? Or if anyone has a suggestion for a lube that wouldn’t wash off in the shower?

2. Is there a better way for me to get my PEing in without simply asking my roommate to leave the room, I kind of don’t want people to think that I spend 40 minutes playing with myself, and that’s exactly what anybody would think if they ever walked in on that.

3. So far I’ve just been doing the standard Newbie routine, when and how much should I start adding to the routine? My plan was to add 25jelqs every cycle following an off day.

4. I read in another thread that a low intake of zinc can hurt growth during puberty. I’m 19 I have no idea if I’m technically still in puberty or not, but should I make sure I have adequate zinc in my diet to help growth anyway??

Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated. I’d really like to get bigger while I’m at school given that I spend most of my time here, and where is better than college for sex?

If you use conditioner you could always rub that into your hair until it gets all foamy and then use the foam as lubricant. That’s usually what I do.

I know my roommate’s schedule down to the core and try to utilize every 40 minute or longer break into a hanging/stretching session if I feel up to it.

I would definitely add stretching to your routine if you aren’t doing that. You’d be amazed how much spare time you have after a shower, after peeing, or just any time to stretch.

Heres some advice from one college man to another. Do other things while PEing. Do little things to help given reason for your time. For example, my roommate is convinced I take really long dumps. I also apply a acne medication during my warmup. I shave a little during my stretching. I flush after I jelq. I have a radio on the whole time. Use conditioner for wet jelqing and a facecloth for warmup. I use a waterproof watch for timing. Etc.

Thanks for the advice! I guess I’m going to get over my fear of using soap stuff as a lube that developed in my early teen years.

RandomGiant my friend, I’m sure that you might have missed this point. Soap/shampoo = bad lubricant.

Yeah I’m sure some shampoos might leave you dry or irritated, but I rarely notice either of those personally. I’m sure I would get it a lot more if I didn’t lather it into a foam first. It’s just such an easy cleanup, but if you get irritated at all I wouldn’t do it.

Thanks for mentioning that most people don’t use it to jelq though, wouldn’t want to be misleading. Just saying what has worked for me.

Take 2 showers a day, I wash in the first shower then just PE in the second. I use a petroleum-based healing ointment as lubricant and it works better than anything else I’ve used (including olive oil), and it repels water pretty well if you use enough which you’ll need for a wet jelq in the shower. Been doing this since the beginning of November and nobody’s even cared that I take a 15 min shower.

I am going stealth so this worked great for me in the beginning.

I split my routine between:

Morning Stretches

Afternoon Jelqs


It is easy to get away almost anytime and get some privacy for stretches.

As to the jelqs I started way lighter than the standard newbie routine.

Warm up, 90 jelqs, warm down.

Not a huge time commitment, and it seemed to work for me. You could easily do that while roomate is in class.

That BTC stretch linked there is something you can always do pretty discretely. Just lie in bed with our knees up, or sideways in a fetal position, reach down and around, and yank yer yunit.

goi08, is this stuff like vaseline? Has anyone else used vaseline to jelq?

I live in an apartment with two roommates right now, and i’m finding it best to jelq/stretch at night. I have my own room right now but I don’t like warming up with rice sock (haven’t used it that much). So I usually jelq in the shower. I just shower for 10 min, sit on toilet and jelq, flush (like I just took a fat shit). Then i hop back in shower for warmth again for 5 min.

So far roommates don’t have a clue. Well they will when it gets warmer out. :)


I think I am going to try goi08 method. Jelq in shower. I mean if you jelq in shower using vaseline (which is waterproof), you can get a ton of heat on your unit WHILE you are jelqing.

How how this worked out for you Goi
