Please critique my routine
Hello, I have recently decided to become more serious with my PE routine and would love some feedback from more experienced folk.
NBPEL currently 6.3 Inches. I am 29. 71 inches tall and about 182 lbs
What I’m thinking of doing is-
After workout (~45 minutes of weighs, 30 min cardio), a bathmate pump routine in the shower. 3 sets 5 minutes each. 3 days on, 1 day off. Is pumping in the shower after a workout a good idea?
Will I see gains from this pump routine in conjunction with the jelqing described below?
30 minutes later at home, follow this routine:
10 min hot wrap
10 min stretching 30 count streches
30 minutes jelqing alternating “OK” grip, 180 degree upside down “OK” grip, sideways “V” grip
10 min streching
10 min hot wrap
I would like to incorporate more advanced stretches and jelqs, any advice on this?
Could someone recommend a good quality extender and hanger and when to incorporate those in to my routines?
