Things on screen may be smaller than they appear. For example say a guy is five foot three.
When you see him in a porno, your mind is going to scale him up to 5 foot 10. You are also gonna scale his dick up accordingly.

After many years “studying porn” I think for every true monster dick porn guy there are 10 guys in the 7.5 x 5.5 range, give or take a half inch. We have a guy here who did porn when he was 7x5 and he was good at it and looked great on camera. Certainly held his own along side the other guys in the movie I saw with him. You outta be proud of what you have.

As to girth gains, I mostly see 1/4 to 1/2, although some have managed an inch.

A good routine will get you what you need. I have gained alot in girth since starting but sticking to a very dilligent routine. Stay positive and DONT obsess about measuring. Take a look at my progress thread and feel free to pm me if you want for encouragement.

Just started jelqing again for the first time in years. I’m hoping to cement at least 5.5” and I’m wearing an all day weighted sphere/magnetic band for healing with a bit of extension. I know one thing for sure; I’m like newbie again in regard to conditioning!

Never underestimate rest time as it is critical. As they say, it isn’t a sprint but a marathon!

Hey Tommy, as another guy with a “skinny dick” I’ll tell you to shy away from trying to exclusively doing girth routines. That’s what I tried, since I didn’t want any length. I got the newbie gains then hit a plateau early. It wasn’t until I added intense length work that I started gaining again.

So I say that even though you don’t want length, you need to do length exercises to stretch things out and work the tunica.

Scienceguy106, what did your “exclusively for girth” routine consist of? And do you mean that once you included length work, you also started to have girth gains again (in addition to “unwanted” length gains I assume)? Thanks for clarifying.

“Exclusively for girth” meant jelqs, ulis, horse 440’s, and eventually adding clamping. Added EQ but no other increase in size.

When I added focused, intense stretches and hanging, I started to see some gains in girth. Luckily no length gains at that point.

Then I pretty much gave up PE to focus on having sex with my girlfriend instead :)

I have seen a lot of Thunderians achieve 1” increase on girth. It takes though.

I will join your club also. I am also 7” BPEL X 5” and always thought I was on the skinnier side.

Hello members of the 7” x 5” club. I feel the same with the skinnier thoughts. Once I get a little more good length gains I’m going to try and get as much girth as possible.

As for measuring frequency, I think that in the beginning it makes sense to measure once per month, as when you have very limited experience with PE (what works for you, how should it feel, etc.) it is good to have some frequent feedback that you are on the right track until you get the feel of things. Also this way you might sooner find out the right amount of PE that is necessary for you to grow - doing more than what is necessary might be counterproductive in the long term.

Average length is 6” and girth 5.5”
