Trying Linear Newbie Routine Quick ?
Hello all, after a couple weeks of going through this website I’ve decided to start jelqing. I’ve recently noted that people like the Linear Newbie Routine better so I decided to try it. I was really confused with the jelqing part and got lost in it so what I did was:
Put a hot wet cloth and wrapped it around my penis for 3-5 min
After I did read that it said stay away from stretching but I did do 3 second left,right,up,down stretches twice cause idk felt like I’d be rusty lol
I proceed to do OK Grip and did 25 Jelqs altogether after I finished I proceed to stretch again, same amount of second and kinda wrapped myself again and that’s it.
Was that good enough for a start? Now I question the amount of Jelqs for the first time, why so low? Also How many times a day do you recommend jelqing for? I’m gonna do the 2 day on 1 day off and with the routine I did today just asking if it was good enough :)
