Trying Linear Newbie Routine Quick ?

Hello all, after a couple weeks of going through this website I’ve decided to start jelqing. I’ve recently noted that people like the Linear Newbie Routine better so I decided to try it. I was really confused with the jelqing part and got lost in it so what I did was:
Put a hot wet cloth and wrapped it around my penis for 3-5 min

After I did read that it said stay away from stretching but I did do 3 second left,right,up,down stretches twice cause idk felt like I’d be rusty lol

I proceed to do OK Grip and did 25 Jelqs altogether after I finished I proceed to stretch again, same amount of second and kinda wrapped myself again and that’s it.

Was that good enough for a start? Now I question the amount of Jelqs for the first time, why so low? Also How many times a day do you recommend jelqing for? I’m gonna do the 2 day on 1 day off and with the routine I did today just asking if it was good enough :)

Increase the amount of time your stretch ,hold each stretch by 30 sec .
Do not jelq at higher erection level no matter what make sure your are below 70% erect level. Start with 50 jelqs and add like 10 jelqs every week till your reach 200.

The reason why you need to start with low amount of jelqs for the first time is because you could easily injure yourself ,so by doing low amount of jelqs and building the numbers up will condition your penis to handle the stress.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I suggest 1 on 1off for starters. Don’t put the pressure on the upper side of your penis. Put pressure on the sides. Never jelq above 60%-70% NEVER. I agree on fifty jelqs increased by 10 every week but, no more than 200 max is more than wise.If you start losing erection quality then your dick is tired. Take two days competely off. Morning and night wood loss is bad. In that case you should stop completely until you start seeing good quality morning woods. Excessive stretching could lead to erection problems, so be carefull while you are still new.Good luck!

Ah ok so for example this week every day I jelq hit 50 of them then when I start again next week go 60 and so on till I hit 200 every day in which that’s where I should stop for the daily amount?

I only stretched for 3 seconds cause it said in the routine not to stretch as far as beginners! And yes I was about 40-50% so I think I was good.
