When to measure

Hi, I started PEing about 1.5 months ago and I am going to measure my self in 1.5 months more (October) and I would like to know if I have to stop PEing for a couple of days before I measure or I can just measure a day after my last PEing?

Measure whenever you like as long as you do it consistent.

I read somewhere that it’s better to measure at the end of the second rest day

The purpose of measuring is just to monitor your own progress. As long as you are consistent it doesn’t really matter when you measure. It is best to measure no more than once a month (or 2 months), but it doesn’t matter if you don’t take a rest day, just be consistent.

I know what your saying and can understand where your coming from. I’ve been doing PE for just about the same amount of time as your self. I started on 11/06/06 at 5.75 BPEL, 5.50 NBPEL, 5.0 EG and was very anxious on when to take the next measurement. But I decided to take a measure about 20/07/06 .. Just over a month and came out with 6.00 BPEL, 5.10EG. So I won’t probably take another measurement until 20/08/06 at least. I wish you all the best with your gains and I’m sure you’ll agree doing PE itself is very mentally rewarding and a great all over self confidence motivator! Gain or no gains. Cheers buddy G

I measure every 4 weeks. This makes it an accurate cycle than a particular date of a month due to varying number of days of different months. I publish my gains at:

Hi everyone, thanks for your help. I think I’m going to measure myself in mid-September after a 2 days rest. After that I’m going to measure every two months.

I’m doing the “2 day rest for measurement” so that I get the notion of a “more realistic” penis size.

I hope I have some gains, because if not I’ll feel disappointed, and maybe not continue the exercises.

I usually measure after my workout. I maybe wait an hour or two to recover a little. Post workout measuring usually allows me to achieve my maximum erection so any gains are more noticable when compared to a normal erection.

I measure regularly, almost every time I do PE. That way, although gains may seem to come slowly, when there are gains, it is extremely satisfying.
